Targus Citygear Unisex Notebook Backpack (Pack of 1)

Initially, you think this is a high-quality laptop bag. I had its backpack version through my employer. Both went wrong. They are falling apart. My backpack has a big tear at the top and its laptop compartment is opening regularly for no reason. Coming to this product, I bought it online and in 2-3 months one of the rings on the shoulder strap broke in the middle of the street. Luckily my laptop was not damaged not because of this bag, but thanks to the laptop manufacturer (DELL). I contacted Targus and asked for a replacement ring. I even suggested they sell me one. Their response is below:"Dear *****,Case: ********Thank you for your email to Targus regarding your CityGear laptop bag.We are sorry to hear the strap is defective.Unfortunately, we do not offer any spare parts and cannot help you with your request.Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.Should you have any further questions or comments, please do not hesitate to contact us again.Kind regards,********Targus Customer Support"their lifetime warranty promise is just a big lie.Targus is a big joke.

Ik zocht een tas waar mijn laptop in de sleeve, met oplader, muis etc in kon. Nou is mijn laptop (Alienware X17 R2) niet bepaald klein dus moest het een hele ruime tas zijn. Toen ik uit kwam op de Targus Citygear topload was ik skeptisch maar veel reviews waren positief en vooral over de kwaliteit van de tas dus heb ik het toch besteld. Nog geen spijt van gehad! Mijn laptop in de hoes past in het middelste compartment als een handschoen, natuurlijk heb je in de achterste compartment het laptop vak zitten, daar past het ook in alleen net ietsjes strakker dan het middelste, haal ik mijn laptop uit de hoes en doe ik het dan in het achterste compartment dan past het uitstekend natuurlijk. De tas is erg stevig en kwalitatief erg goed. Ik weet zeker dat mijn laptop en overige spullen hier veilig in vervoerd zullen worden. Erg positief!

Tengo que decir que después de haber probado más de cuatro o cinco maletines de estos de 30 o 40 € siempre han acabado cediendo las costuras o desilachándose además la protección interior no era como la de este en resumidas cuentas ya que no me quiero extender demasiado es el mejor maletín que visto a día de hoy calidad precio para un portátil 17.3 pulgadas después de pegarme el atrevimiento de pillar el nuevo Asus Rog de este 2022 con la todopoderosa 3080 TI procesador i912900K llegué a comprender que se merecía un maletín de altas calidades y créeme este lo es . Valga recalcar la gran suavidad que poseen las cremalleras amplios compartimentos y acabados en gran tejido y partes de cuero por debajo lo más importante es la cavidad donde va el maletín ya que va protegido por un sistema de células acolchadas a prueba de golpes de gran consistencia. Es pocas palabras ES LA LECHE !!

ParfaitIl répond à toutes mes attentes , pour un ordi 17 pouces. Avec des protections et de multiples rangement qui seront très utiles.
