I should have had something like this 30 years ago! Just put ground meat in, press a hole, fill, press again. Takes all of 1 minute, with a minimum of touching the meat. (Which i really like.) Pieces are small and easy to rinse off. Just a small gathering of pieces that fit inside each other and back into the plastic bag it came in and into my kitchen tools.You can make heavenly burgers with it and since they all come out the same size with perfect edges, they all cook the same as well. Once you get your cook time dialed in, every burger is great, whether you stuff one or just use the press to make good uniform sizes. I started by trying a simple blue-cheese stuffed burger, and the cheese melted perfectly inside and flavored the meat while grilling. This is WAYYY better than trying to put something like blue cheese on top of a burger and expecting it to stay there. Each bite of a stuffed burger is heavenly!! I found cheese works the best, if using vegetables for stuffing, like chopped onion or mushroom, be aware that the liquid from the veg makes it harder to keep the burger together. You have to figure out your amounts and dial this in for yourself. Stuffed burgers need a little more care while cooking, gotta turn them over gently.

Works great for the bigger burgers the smaller one is very hard to use.

The product is adequate for the job.

I had an old aluminum hamburger press that seemed serviceable, but I didn't like the way it aged in the dishwasher. This press not only produces better-formed patties but allows them to be compressed so that they don't fall apart when cooked.

Hamburgers and sliders are compact and come out of the form really well. Haven't tried stuffed burgers, but am looking forward to trying!
