So far I haven't been blow away by this product, but I do try to remember to take it because I feel it does help my energy some, and I need all I can get w hashimoto's disease. So, I feel there is an increase in energy. Plus, they were no bad side effects, so you can at least give it a try.

Used this to give my brain a bit of a boost as I get up for work pretty early. On top of that I read that ginseng can help with asthma. Well I just finished my bottle and my memory is much better, very easy to focus all day, and I do think it helps some with my asthma. My boyfriend was so impressed he has started taking it as well. This is the best ginseng supplement I’ve had. No extra filler and super potent. Will buy again for sure.

This is a great product. It definitely increases your energy and makes you more alert. However, it its VERY potent. Just one pill (half the serving size) gives me chest pain but I am very sensitive to things. I would recommend this product to people who are not sensitive to stimulants. Update: no more chest pain with taking this product

Results aren't any more noticeable than other cheaper ginseng sold on Amazon. Does seem to have a bit of aid with stress.
