I ordered these gloves a few weeks back, and have grilled out about 4-5x since receiving them. I didn't know what I was missing until I tried them out. These gloves do exactly as they say by keeping the heat out. I look forward to using them inside the house as well when cooking with the oven. Goodbye oven mitts!

As far as heat protection goes, so far these things are great. I almost exclusively cook with cast iron, which can get incredibly hot and is easier to clean when hot. These gloves have made handling and cleaning the hot pans so much easier and safer. I would add though that for sizing, if your hands are smaller, these area a bit big. I think it is mostly due to the many layers of insulation in them, but they do swallow my hands up. Other than the sizing being a bit big, which hasn't really been an issue, they work well and I am really happy with them.

You do feel some heat and the do not fit properly. I wear a size large glove and the fingers are about an inch to short. It is very tight trying to get on my hand. Don't waste your money unless you have tiny hands.

I bake and have been using these for a couple weeks now. Last week while using them I could feel the heat to the point of being uncomfortable just taking the pizza pan out of the oven and taking it over to another counter. Today while baking pizza dough again, I took the pan out and just placing my hand down on the dough to get gas bubbles out and barely touching the pan, I actually got burned when my finger touched the pan. Not quite understanding how this is happening if these rate up to 900+ degrees! My oven is only at below 500°. I would not order them again and plan on finding the gloves I had prior to these and replacing these. Waste of my money if my hands aren't protected.

Arrived with small holes through to white liner and some faulty stitching. Questionable quality control. While they work as intended, I would not purchase again from this manufacturer due to quality issues.

Great accessory for the griller! Help keep those hands safe and burn free! A little cumbersome at first, but once I got used to them I wouldn't wear anything else dumping the coals.

The gloves are extremely comfortable to wear. The hand size accommodates most hands and the flexible finger construction assures a secure though not tight fitting. Versatile and provided great handling capabilities of large hot items and thin aluminum foil.
