I have dropped one star from 'ease of use' as I think it would be improved by a flattened spout. This would make it easier to create a seal when inhaling. For years I have woken up nearly every morning with a blocked nose; regular use of this keeps my nasal passages much clearer. I think that it has also improved my sense of smell. It also helps with hay fever.
