Came well packaged and upon opening there was lots of parts. The main charger with battery connectors red (+) and black (-) along with tye mount, Alan key, different size bracket rubber inserts, stretchy rubber phone holder and 2 x packets of crimping connectors with male/female metal plug adapters and clear waterproof casing. I opted to use the live ignition wiring on my motorcycle instead of wired direct to the battery. I found my auxiliary power wires which were plugs so I cut the battery ends off the charger and attached and crimped the plugs and it worked! Tidied up the wiring and now my phone fast charges each time its in the mount. Little tip: you don't have to unscrew the side to clamp your phone each time. Screw the clamp so it's tight enough to hold phone and then slide up phone to release and insert. It's really rigid and holds well. For extra piece of mind, use the rubber holder that's provided. 15W guaranteed fast charge and I've used in the rain no problem. Music on Spotify and Google maps on the go within my helmet speakers (bluetooth) and quick glance at phone makes travelling a breeze.

I really wanted something that looked good and did a good job. After seeing some videos, I was considering this or the Quadlock wireless charging. Honestly, price wasn't an issue, I wanted the best thing for me, and I'm glad I went with Orcas.Having to change my phone case to something bulkier just to fit on my mount wasn't ideal for me.Orcas firmly holds the phone – no need to screw it too tight. I ride an HD Iron 883, and it's super stable.Looks good too, matches the all-black look of my bike.I'd definitely recommend this product, and a bonus is a great price.Also I was told to switch Orcas off to avoid any battery issue, so the on/off switch is small and convenient.

It’s a good item and works well. Made out of good materials and looks good too.Only downside is that the switch to turn on and off is very small plus the light to show its on isn’t very visible. If left on it can drain the battery as I’ve got mine hooked up direct.

Excellent phone mount. I was concerned about how sturdy this would be; I need not have worried.Several hundred miles on and the mount is still rock solid.For the price I paid, it is excellent value for money; significantly cheaper than the current market leader.Very easy to install and set up, the only fiddly bit being finding a suitable earthing point on the bike.UPDATE. It's now March 2024. The mount is still going strong. Several long tours under its belt; still solid and still charging 👍

If you have your new scooter or motorbike I do recommend this tool it’s good and very easy to use basically install and use (recommendation is : better let a good mechanic install it for you as if you do install it and connect directly to battery you will be facing a burn in your battery meaning you won’t have battery so please let a mechanic do it for you as they know what to do to avoid this it’s no costly maybe a 10£ so it’s worth it ) again is a recommendation not a must you can installed yourself also overall as I previous say it’s a good tool.

The only problem I had was the plastic button cover fell off but I dismantled device and glued cover in place. I had connected device directly to ignition so easier to fix than exchange. If you keep bike outside cover the holder in a plastic bag as metal parts rust quickly. 5 stars though, great piece of kit when used with a waterproof case for phone as water always gets into power socket on all other cases when charging with lead in heavy rain.

This looks and feels great, charges the phone no problem. Second outing with the phone "securely" held in place and within three miles my phone fell from the holder. Lucky for me it landed on my steering column and I managed to grab my phone before it fell from the bike.Needless to say this is coming off the bike and going in the trash.

This phone holder has an air of quality as soon as you take it out of the box. The mounting bracket gives you plenty of adjustment and is rock solid. The ability to wirelessly charge my phone without messing around with cables and also the ability to turn the charger off so it doesn’t drain the bikes battery is a real plus.Overall it is a great product which I would highly recommend and was delivered super quick for free which says volumes about the supplier who understands customer service.I haven’t found a better one after weeks of searching what more can I say just go out and buy it!
