The product is ideal and fit for purpose! Very good value for money and be used for lots of different workouts! The lighter bands do feel very thin and I’m not sure how durable they would be however I mainly use the large and extra large bands that are very thick and stretchy and have no problems! Would recommend!

Dont waste your money

This is a nice set of resistance bands for adding an additional element to your exercise regime. The bands are colour coded and also have a basic resistance rating on them so are ideal for grabbing the right band quickly.The bands have their own pouch that makes it easy to keep them together or popping in a bag for use when away or at an exercise class.The bands are ideal for use when toning legs and glutes, as well as arms and shoulders. They are ideal if you do pilates, yoga, basic stretching and also general toning.I found them to be very useful for leg lift exercises and also shoulder exercises that I do as part of my morning stretches. They are very comfy when around the ankles and also wrists. They are not as wide as the bands that I had been given by my physiotherapist but are wide enough for me to use effectively.I think these are a good price and they do what I need them for. Because they come in a good range of resistances, they are ideal for beginners as you are able to start with the lowest band and gradually build up to a good level for toning. I also love the colours! I am very happy with them and I would recommend them.

Great value, fit for purpose and the manual detailing different exercises i could use them for was great, plus they come in a carry bag which makes them good for travel. They range in resistance from X-Light to X-Heavy so perfect for everyone

Absolutely love these. Had some trouble with them curling up when I was first using them but when I got the hang of them it was fine. Amazing to add something to a workout for that extra burn.

Really useful, good variety of strengths and feels like you’ve got something to work against! Great for lockdown.

These bands are usefully tucked into a pink pouch and they are of quite good quality. However, I was disappointed by the strength of the heavy and extra heavy ones. They simply weren't 'heavy' and I found very little difference between them and the lighter bands I use bands a lot in my workouts, which is perhaps why I am not so impressed with them. For beginniners I think they would be useful and the sliding discs would be helpful too.
