The product is great but the seller is horrible
The product works wonders. It provides quick healing to unwanted cold sores. I can see results instantly within the first here hours of use.The seller however, was not professional. I ordered more 3 and received 2, and would not respond to my inquires about shipping my missing product or refunding the difference. Amazon customer service had to step in and issued me a refund.

Fake product
I used the similar product purchased from RiteAid which works great. I then bought this product from Amazon because I do not have time go to RiteAid.This product seems does not work at all, no ease at my mouse sore pain. The product also looks and feels different than the one from RiteAid. I think it is fake product.
