Good value on a sturdy mount with some only minor annoyances.
The mount is sturdy and does its intended job well. The bar for mounting has slots drilled for a maximum stud spacing of 16". Installing it was easy. It came with two levels, the one in the picture and a tiny one that I couldn't find a use for. The included level, however, was not accurate. Not that I expected it to be with the price of the mount. The reason it loses a star is because, while it can theoretically tilt down by about ten degrees, there is no way to achieve that without removing the television from the wall. I'm including a couple close up pictures of the hardware that makes it tilt, but be aware that this floppy tightening device is between the television and the crossbar on the mount with no way to move it. I thought I would be able to tighten it while it was on the wall, but you can turn it, at best, an eighth of a turn before hitting either the TV or the mount. If this tightener was incorporated an inch or two lower, it could be in the empty space below the mounting bar and you could actually tighten it.One other thing to note is that there is a hole drilled clean the mount that allows you to put a pin through it to hold it in an absolute vertical position. This is a very good thing as many reviews of tilting mounts say that over time they will no longer stay upright. Years of supporting the weight make the TV droop to the lowest possible angle and no amount of tightening can fix it. With this one, I dropped a pin through each of these (since you can't actually tilt the tv without removing it from the wall anyway) so it shouldn't be an issue later. The left to right swivel and pushing/pulling it from the wall work very smoothly. I'm not sure of the exact distance and angles, but you can pull it out quite a ways and point it to opposite corners of the room if you choose. Overall this is a good value on a very well constructed item. Only those few minor issues listed above keep it from being a 5 star item.

Sturdy mount that titls and swivels.
I really like this mount. I bought it for under $30 on Prime Day. I'm using it for my 32" Sharp TV. The 4 stars are because even after using a professional level to install, the TV still seems to tilt to the right. I read this in another review also, so I think it's something with a certain piece of metal not being straight. However, even with that, it's not something that I notice enough for it to hinder my viewing. Also, it says that it fits TV's 20"-55" BUT you need to triple check to make sure the VESA bolt pattern fits your particular model. My fitment was off, but I used some of the extra included washers and made it work.Installation: It's heavy. The instructions say that two people are needed and this is probably the easiest way. However, with a little thought, I managed to install it on my own. Make sure you pre-drill your holes or you may have problems. Also, this mount absolutely needs to be installed into studs (if you aren't installing into concrete). If you don't, I guarantee your TV and mount will fall and you will be upset. There is a ton of hardware included. So, even if you lose a piece, there are others that you can choose from.Use: I bought this for the double arms and the ability to swivel. The tilt function is one that you set and go with, any changes to tilt requires more than a simple push of the TV. However, the swivel feature is easy to use and it's stiff enough to feel sturdy but doesn't require any muscle.Note: I didn't use the included level. I have a large one of my own. I also already had my own HDMI cord, so I didn't use the one included. But it's nice that those come packaged when you get the bundle.

Good
Acceptable is all I can say. When I received it the product it was a little bit beat up in corners, maybe from shipping buy the steel is pretty thick so it had to be some hard hits. Overall it's super heavy. I know stands can be heavy but this one is definitely not a light weightIt only came with 4x thick wood screws and washers to attach to the wall. I would not trust that for a larger TV, which was no big deal. I just went to my local hardware store and got 4x more to be safe. I would not trust using the drywall mounts included in the set. I would go get 8x heavy duty metal drywall anchors instead. I feel like the weight of the stand would be enough to rip it out let alone a TV pulled all the way out.Now for my install. I used this on a 60" TV (yes 60") that weights 70lb. I did notice it sags a little but it's not the metal people. At all the joints there are pins and the pins need clearance to rotate so the tolerance stack up is what you get for the articulation. For my use this isn't a big deal because I'm only using the movement to get behind the TV then setting it back flush. The kit has everything I needed and I like the magnetic levels they provided, really helped. I wouldn't dare pull my TV all the way out with this just because of how heavy my application is, but I trust it. I've been measuring it's height over time and I don't see it sagging any more than when I put the TV on it. Overall I'm glad I got this and not one hundreds of dollars more.
