Love
We got through so many of these each summer. My daughter with Down syndrome needs the bigger sizes than are sold in stores. Works great.

Does not fall apart after long use in the pool.
I used this product for swimming purposes for my child who has incontinence issues due to his disabilities. He is 12 years old and he has long grown out of the swimmers. I am very pleased with the Quality of this product it does not break apart or leak. It holds up well in the water when he is swimming about and does not swell up with water. True to size and a good value for the money. I will definitely re-order this product.

performs as described
I just bought these so my experience is limited but they are simple, just like regular incontinence disposable underpants the difference however is the thickness - It is absorbent but since the goal is not to capture liquids, it's hard to judge an item that is used in a pool since it will get soaked ... I use it for pool physical therapy and it does not swell up and fall apart. I use this as a preventative measure, so I'm hoping I don't get to test it for bowel incontinence but it seems that it would hold up to the task. The usual incontinence underpants I buy (Tena brand) I use size M and ordered these in size M too since I could not obtain a sample of a small and medium. it fits fine under my swimsuit. It was delivered as promised. I will order again if I need more.

Necessary for us! Work well.
Contain my sons mess and its bad! True to size, wish they were cheaper cause we swim a lot. I put these, and a resuable swim diaper and neoprene on my special needs son cause we want to insure NO accidents. This contains the most tragic of messes so nothing leaks in pool. These on the inside layer mean I don't have to take home the smell. I wash them in the toilet then put in a plastic bag and dispose . Took away one star cause they cost so much.

Swim Diapers for Special Needs
Small swimming diapers for a youth are HARD to find. Even though these diapers are still too big, it is the closest thing we can find to fit my 9 year old. I am thankful that he can use these!!!

Made for adults, but can work for kids with a cover
Normally we have resuable swim diapers for my 7 year old son while we are at home in our pool - however we were going on vacation and knew we wouldn't have the ability to easily clean the resusable ones. So we ordered these to use. They were a little big - I knew that was a possibility considering these are for adults and not youth. (Talk about a missing piece of the market - youth sized disposable swim diapers). They did fit great around his waist, but they were too big around his legs. We made them work by putting a resuable swim diaper cover over these. For reference my son is 60 pounds, 4.5 feet tall, and wears size medium underwear and size 7 pants

Good concept but needs improving
It is a good concept, but if you are in a wheelchair and have trouble changing in dressing rooms, these can be a problem. They are nowhere near absorbent enough to wear from home, to the pool. These have about the same absorbency as a panty liner. I am used to swimming in a regular diaper, which means that I have plenty of time to get to the pool, and can even do other things before I get there without worrying about leaking. I put these Swimmates on at home and drove straight to the pool. By the time I got there I was already leaking and had to change them in my van, which is hard to do. They need at least a little more absorbency to be useful for somebody in a wheelchair or are less physically abled. Once I got changed into a new one and got in the pool, they are comfortable and easy to wear under a bathing suit. Even though I have never had bowel problems in the pool, these seem like they would do what they were meant for. Most of the places I swim are private pools where they are familiar with me and know that I wear and swim in a diaper so I don't need these very often, but they would be nice to wear at more crowded pools and around people that don't know.

Works as expected.
My son uses swim pull ups and grew out of the kids sizes. So, we went with this version. So far, he seems happy with the product. Will purchase again.
