I bought these sandals because I've seen others with the EVA Birkenstocks and thought: Those look comfortable, cool, and they would be ideal for the pool/beach.I live in a climate where it's probably only acceptable to wear sandals from late April to early October - and I do so every minute of that time, I am constantly fantasizing that I live in a Jimmy Buffet song. Most of that time is spent in my Birkenstock Milano Habana Oiled Leather sandals.However, there's just times when it's not appropriate to wear those - and it's typically any time where there's a good amount of water involved, and therein lies the problem: How can I get that Birkenstock feel and not ruin my $130 sandals? In comes the Birkenstock EVA.The Sandals are everything you'd expect from the cork Birkenstock counterparts, however they're simply this great plastic material. Super light weight and 100% waterproof. Perfect for the pool, the beach, or really anywhere. These actually look good when I wear an outfit and I need to compliment a white shirt or white watch band. I can't say enough good things about these sandals really.One thing these are for sure is bold. The white is a bright white color - like bright white. What is interesting is that the men's sizes aren't typically available in white on the major retailer sites that sell the EVA Birks. I turned to Amazon and found these for the same price and easily available within a day on Prime.My one concern is that being bright white, they show the slightest stain. I am going to take them in and give them a light wash in the sink - I suspect they will look like new again.If you're on the fence about these - get them. You will likely not regret this purchase, especially if you're a Birkenstock fan.

Awesome! light, keep their shapeTried a cheap$20 pair and they can’t compare. They look the same but were squishy and flimsy. The Birkenstock’s are always firm and feel substantial under my foot. Nice B-stock footbed.The variety of colors is great too. I just bought a silver pair and have a turquoise pair from last year.Also so easy to clean. I actually put some alcohol on a paper towel and it cleans them fine.

I’m a fan of Birks anyway and these are great. Don’t care if they get wet and they are so comfy. Even my friends who aren’t fans of the classic Birks like these.

I love these! Got my husband a pair too. I already have a pair of leather Birks, which I also love. These fit true to size, and are waterproof! I originally bought these to go to the pool/splash pad with my daughter. But now, I wear them daily. Super lightweight and easy to clean. But them, you’ll love them!

This particular pair is my second in the same color. I still have my original pair that I wear all the time and they are 12 years old and it was the same price I paid for it at Nordstrom department store that closed in my neighborhood

Most comfortable sandals I’ve ever owned. However, the sizing is making me switch. I bought the first pair last year, size 38, and it fit great and was very comfy but I wore them out. So this year I ordered the same size same model and it’s half an inch shorter and about 1/4 inch narrower. Ok, maybe the ones from last year were mismarked, so I ordered a size up. The length matched the original ones but they’re still about a 1/4 inch narrower. I contacted Birkenstock about a week and a half ago asking if they changed the fit and they never got back to me but they did send me a survey asking how my experience with customer service went. So I looked through the reviews on amazon and people are saying different colors are sized differently? How does that make sense??? I ended up ordering 5 pairs, same size but in different colors, and they are indeed different. WHY???

If you have narrower feet definitely order the N size. I’m a true size 8 and I got 39N which is just right.I have to get used to the textured sole in the toes area but otherwise they are comfortable and I can’t say they are pretty but still look ok compared to other bulky, ugly styles.
