I love the recipes in Dorothy Palmer's cook book. Well written with numerous family recipes that capture the flavor of the Texas Kolache that I grew up eating. Easy to follow. I highly recommend that everyone try these recipes!

Fantastic! What a charming cookbook, perfect for non-cooks who are nostalgic for kolaches as well as bakers. I appreciated the family history and approachable recipes. I stumbled across this; I hadn’t heard of it previously and it was a welcome surprise. A complete delight.
