My 4 year old refuses to go to the barber, so I bought scissors and this cape and watched YOUTUBE HOW TO CUT KIDS HAIR, lolHere we are, my first cut was a great success! I have my son sitting in the living room watching TV while I cut his hair. It took me almost 30 mins and he didn't complain. I can't imagine doing it in the bathroom and have to spend another 30 mins to clean up the mess.So far I have used this cape 4 times, it catch most of the hair, sometimes hair slips out when you take it off, but it's easy to vacuum.This cape actually fits my dad's neck too, since I'm getting good at haircut, my dad became my regular too! : )

I bought this because I was tired of seeing hair all over the bathroom after my husband cuts our son's hair. My son was tired of being itchy from hair falling all over him during a cut. This does a great job of catching the hair, but then when we have to get the hair from the cape to the trash that can be a little challenging. Still figuring out the best technique for that.

This this is worthless. Dollar store type product. Still had hair that easily got under it. Kept some hair off floor but used it 8 times in hopes of it making sense. Wasted my money on this one.

Hair still gets all over the place. Disposing of hair in the plastic cape is challenging- almost as messy as no cape at all in my opinion.I threw it away after one use. Probably should have returned it because it doesn't work, but hair was stuck all over it and I just couldn't bring myself to send it back like that. Don't waste your money.

Best thing ever! Whoever came up with this concept is a genius. I used it to cut my 7yo's hair and I literally had nothing to repetitively vacuum and broom away. It held the cut hair beautifully and cleanup was only a matter of seconds. Total time and life saver!!!

It's a cool idea but mine was just flat. I still got it to work with my son holding it. This makes cleaning so much easier and my son is less upset now that the hair doesn't end up in his clothes.

Hair slides right off and is not suspended well. I have to use one hand to hold it to prevent hair from falling to the ground. Better than not having one...it keeps hair off my kids.

I wish that someone made a more quality product like this. It is very cheaply made but the concept is great. It helped my kids cope with haircuts because they only get a little hair on their necks now.
