The light is a small, compact, UVC light, adequate for sterilization for coronaviruses although I would not recommend this alone, combine with hand cleaner spray or other actions to hedge your bet. But it would fit in a purse or pocket and turns off when you turn it upright, saving your body from a hit of this DNA/RNA zapping wavelength. Took off one star for design - you have to use batteries or plug it in to a wall, be so much better if it could be charged and it's not super sturdy - it is adequate but not rugged. Overall a great backup to have in your quiver of approaches to cleaning and very convenient in size. It arrived quickly, would buy again. A good purchase

Cute, great little gadget for quick, small areas in need of sterilizing, such as baby pacifiers. This is really meant to be used 1-2 inches away from surfaces for 1-2 minutes for effective sterilization. Any further distance will require longer hold time. Holding it in one place for 60 seconds is pretty long time so I definitely wouldn't say it's worth $50 bucks. Maybe $20 and less.

Tried it with the banana test, doesn’t work! Useless!

The media could not be loaded.  Mine just arrived today it was a little bit late would’ve loved to use it on my trip to sanitize everything. However I live in Hawaii so things usually Do arrive late. I find it really easy to use and small enough you can take with you in your purse or pocket I would say a must buy and I love that it comes with instructions and detailed information about how many seconds you need to kill different types of bacteria and viruses.

It worked well until it stopped working. :(I’ve changed the batteries (they were not dead but I put fresh ones anyway). I’mNot sure what happened. Are refunds or replacements available? Thanks.

It’s great. I like that it is small and compact, it is easy to travel with. The light turns on so I assume it’s working but don’t have another way to test it.

Each time before I wear my mask I need to do two minutes sanitation with UV light. this way is better than use heat particular N95. Any mask could not resistant heat well. the rubber bands will be broken after heat treated. this device is the best for anythings that could not be washed. Since this Covid-19 break out , people need change life style to get more serious cleaning for health.
