The blanket is great but if I could give this product a negative star rating, I would. Who wants a blanket control that when you set a number, the light goes off immediately (not even 10 seconds) and you have to grope around in the dark to find the *&?% control first of all and then feel for the round center button for it to light up so you can hopefully change the control to the # that works for you. If you have to do it more than once, you have to do it in the dark every, single time. And who wants controls that are so *&?% lightweight and cheap that you can't put them somewhere other than the floor without them falling? You'd have to attach wide velcro tape to the bottom of the control and to the top of your night stand to secure it. I am NOT going to wrap the wires around my night stand legs (especially if the control on my side then faces away from my side) or the bottom of my side table lamp, which I am currently doing out of desperation. Maybe I am just too old but I remember when you could get an electric blanket with controls that actually were heavy enough/weighted to stay on your night table and had a small, inconspicuous light that did not impede sleep. At least one could be designed where a choice could be made as to whether to keep the light on or off. I am going to try to find another blanket on Amazon and if I don't find one with reviews that answer the blanket control issues, I'm going to a store where I can see for myself what works. I've been using a lot saltier language for this but it wouldn't be appropriate for this review nor would it probably be published.

I liked the control being simple and easy to use, and I like the color.heat is a little less than sufficient. I didn't like the fact that this blanket is very thin. It looks thicker in the picture. The thinness wouldn't be a problem however, if the blanket got warm enough, but it doesn't. Even on the "H" high setting, the blanket is on the low side of warm. There is no other setting you would use if you expect to be warm. This item is not worth the price. I had gift money toward my purchase, otherwise I would return.

I bought this about 5 months ago so its past the return window but I loved the blanket so much that I thought I would try another and it didn't last a week before it started to do the same thing. I repeat DO NOT PURCHASE THIS BLANKET.

Update to my review below: 3 months after I purchased the blanket l, it stopped working evenly. I’d say only 25% heats up at a very low temperature. I will contact Pure and see if they can exchange.Let me start by saying, I am no longer upset my other blanket (not Pure brand) no longer works. I would not have been able to try this amazing blanket of yours. It is extremely soft super warm and I'm actually looking forward to the temperature dropping a bit more so I can cuddle under my new blanket.

This blanket is phenomenal, but even better is the customer support. We had an issue with the heat not being distributed in the entire blanket (only half or less actually was getting warm) and they responded very quickly to my support ticket, were polite and professional, and are replacing the product. I am blown away by this team's support! So thrilled and will definitely be using them for any other heating device needs in the future. Thanks Pure Enrichment!

I go through at least one heating blanket a year. If I am lucky it lasts 2 years which is rare. I sleep with one every night and have tried several brands. A little more expensive than I normally do, however so worth it. Soft, stylish, very thin wires. Goes from a gentle warm to hot depending on settings. At times I am known to turn my setting to bake and this gets plenty warm. Most importantly for me the cord is thin and not bulky and doesn’t pull out when I move shutting the blanket off. The wires are so thin and comfortable inside it can be used as a regular blanket which is unusual. I have used most of the typical brands and this is certainly higher quality and better made.

This is only the second ever heated blanket I've ever purchased because the first one (Sunbeam brand) stopped working after ONE use. Ever since then I was so paranoid about getting another heated blanket.That being said - THIS WAS A GREAT PURCHASE! So far the blanket has worked exactly as intended. It can get very hot (up to level 10) and I max out at level 8. It warms up quickly and the heat is very even throughout.I am very happy with the blanket and cross my fingers that it continues to work!! It was definitely worth the price considering. I highly recommend this brand!

It takes a while for it to turn on and the controller flashes on and off. I’m not using it much since it’s warmer so I hope it works well in the fall and winter. If it doesn’t I hope that they honour the five year warranty. I’m optimistic tho. It’s not as hot as others I’ve had but it definitely gets toasty so I’m happy so far. It’s thinner than I’d expected. I’ve had thicker for less$ in nyc. But it’s really soft so it’s still pretty good

This is a gorgeous blanket - a classic grey - and beautiful and luxurious to the touch. I was pleased that it was solight, it'll be very easy to move around to different locations. The cord is long enough to have the blanket whereever you need it without worrying if there's an outlet nearby. I have a smaller heated blanket and the inside is kind of that faux fur..only had it for a year, and it's looking pretty sad - it's also a lot smaller so it's not as good for covering the whole body! This one I ordered as a full size, and it's perfect - and both sides are made with the same material - so I think it will look just the same as time passes instead of matted and worn! It's very silky and soft on both sides, like being wrapped in a warm cloud! Love the 10 hour shut off (just in case), and I think it is totally worth the price!

I received my Twin PURERELIEF RADIANCE Deluxe Heated Blanket and I am thrilled with it! I have used electric blankets for years and years. This blanket is definitely the best. It heats quickly and evenly, is extravagantly soft and lightweight. I don't even notice the wires. The controller is easy to use and inconspicuous. The 10 hours shut off is important to me. I highly recommend this blanket.
