Very good!
This is a good size for the earbuds case, slightly big, but fits. There is a very secure carabineer and wrist lanyard included. The silver does look slightly tacky, though.

Loving it. It's perfect.
The only case you're going to get for the Life P2's that's actually good. The inside is very soft and will prevent the case from ever getting scratched. I can definitely recommend this.
