Great product, excellent durability.
I've had this tool for over four years. I used the pole saw a ton until I bought a small Husqvarna chainsaw and it cut through most branches under 4". I thought the unit was too heavy when I first started using it but I think I've gotten used to it and it's quite light for a 5'4" woman. I can do hedges, trim bushes, edge on less than a tank of gas.I've never had to tear it apart, clean the carb or oil it yet. I only put premixed two stroke in it and it starts up every year without issues.I did replace the weed eater head with a speed feed and bought other attachments like a brusheater. Ive had nothing but problems with speed feeders to be honest, but thats not the manufacturer's issue but mine. I recommend you buy the edger attachment with this if you can.No regrets.

Overheats/Dying quickly
I was on the fence about this trimmer because of the bad reviews for it. I used to own a lawn care company, and exclusively used Stihl products. My first impression was…wow. The pole saw seems engineered well from what I see. Metal housing, metal gears, oiler visible. The plastic shroud over the chain gear seems decent. The hedge trimmer head seems decent—also many metal parts. The brush cutter/line trimmer accessory seems decent. I see zirk fittings to add grease on the attachments. I also thought the motor plastic seemed decent. The harness fits me well. The only little annoyance is how heavy the motor is, but it is what it is. If I bought the pole saw and hedge trimmer for my existing head, that alone would have been around $200. I think this was a great value and happy with the quality.UPDATE: I am using this in addition to the larger 2-handle version by Wild Badger on my off grid property. The larger version is a beast and can go for about 2 hours straight with no problems using a 12 inch brush cutter tri-blade. However, this smaller motorhead struggles with an 8 inch rotary chainsaw blade. I can get maybe 20-30 minutes of use before the motor starts spitting and sputtering and gets really hot. It got so hot it smelled like burning plastic. I would gladly buy the big version of this again, but this smaller motor can’t keep up with what I need it to do. I still think it was a decent value, but I’m foreseeing having to buy a different motorhead in the future. Not sure how long this little motor will hold up before it burns out. It’s definitely getting abused with 16 acres of land to manage. The accessories themselves are solid and seem well-built—no problem with those.UPDATE 2-After using this machine for a few hours per day for less than a week it overheats quickly and will only run with the choke engaged. It frequently stalls out and lacks power. Seems like it’s about to wear out already. The attachments work great, but this little power head just isn’t working for me. I’ll be looking at a different brand now. Not impressed. Guess I’ll need to fork up some money and buy a Stihl power head. 🙄🫤

Does the job and gives you a workout.
Received today. Gassed it up, weed eater, great. Hedger, ok. I mainly bought it for the hedger. My 20v electric hedger trims better. Either this this is very dull or it's just a poor design. Had to go over the same areas a couple times. This thing is heavy. When I say heavy, it wore me out trying to trim my hedges. I'm a pretty stout dude and it did me in. I had to take up the trimmings the next day.All in all, it does what it's designed to do at a good price. But remember, it's heavy.

Easy to use
Surprised by its high performance, ease of use, quality of construction and price, the product works well and is easy to use. It exceeded my expectations in every way. The quality is excellent. The unit itself has a quality feel to it and is much more convenient. It was worth the money and would definitely recommend!

Heavy and you have to put it together, easy to start, eats gas, trimmer good, edger bad.
Wanted to do an initial just out of the box review. This a *very* heavy trimmer. The motor with the trimmer line attachment weighed on my scale: 13.5 pounds. Much heavier than any trimmer I've ever owned and I've probably owned a dozen. It seems to be well built. The attachments are easy to change out. I haven't started it yet. The motor is huge. If you have a problem carrying something heavy, this may not be the trimmer for you. There is some assembly out of the box. It's fairly simple assembly and they give you tools, but set aside an hour or so to assemble all the attachments and handle. I'll post back soon after I use it. I'll likely upgrade it to 4 stars if it works well in the field. Not 5 stars because it's heavy. This is an update after starting and using this. The good news: It's very easy starting. Very powerful. It cut through saplings. The gas tank is very big for a trimmer. It holds 1/2 quart. The bad news: for me this is way too heavy to hold for long periods. If you're a strong young man this might be ok. The trimmer works great, but the edger, not so much. You have to hold it at a certain angle or it doesn't work right. I was using it on some over grown grass with matts and the motor had no problem, but the clutch that runs the blade kept stopping it and I had to keep lifting it off to get it started again. Also be sure and wear glasses with this and trim with it's right side other wise you'll be looking like a pirate soon. To sum up, I will only give this 3 stars because it's way too heavy and over powered for me and I'm guessing for many other people. It eats gas too. Ran a whole tank (1/2 quart) out in about 20 minutes. For a younger man with a big gas can, this could be a good trimmer. I don't recommend the edger at all. I didn't use the hedger. I already have a good one of those.
