Sooo close...
This cot is great for the price. It's not cheaply made and does/can hold its stated amount. HOWEVER...there is one slight design flaw: the straps that hold the 1/4 legs together ripped the strap seams when I first laid upon it. I'm 315lb and 5'10". I contacted the seller directly on a Saturday evening and had a response by Monday morning. They gave me a choice between a refund or a replacement without any questions. If you are on the heavier side like me, wrap a tow strap around those legs before you sit upon it. Other than that, they are comfortable, portable, and a great value with great customer service.

Easy
There was nothing to put together. You pull it out of the box and open it up. You push down to lock it flat. When you are ready to leave you just pull up on the ends and it folds up nice. It held 260 lbs like it was nothing. However, you may want to buy the comfy mat to put on top because it is not too comfy alone. I mean if you are just laying on it for an hour or so it would be okay. But for overnight, you will need a mat, about 3 to 4 inches is what I suggest.

Kids love them
A bit narrow for my larger build (6'4) but great for the kids - sturdy and easy to set up. We used a pad on them for extra comfort but they really only need a sleeping bag and you should be fine and cozy for a night. Kids actually slept backwards on them so the small slope was on the feet side. We have used them 8 nights already and have had no issues.

OMG! Don't Send it Back Just Yet!!
First of all, having no instructions is just plain insensitive, and the video shows nothing. It took me 30 minutes to figure out how to get the cot to lay flat. A child could do it, but it's not obvious. I thought I was going to have to send it back. I'm a 77 yr old woman, 106 lb. No way could I push down on the center/side legs to get the cot to lay flat, and I need to be able to do this myself! I finally came across a review from Paula which I didn't really understand, but it gave me an idea that worked. First, open the cot as much as easily possible, then TURN IT OVER, push down on the straight, narrow legs (4) in the center. (Somehow they slide, and according to a customer video, they slide the other way when collapsing the cot.) Then turn the cot over and push down on all the legs to be sure the square feet are flat on the ground. All this "pushing down" is just a very gentle, one finger, push. Seriously!!!Now, I gave it 4 stars mostly because of no instructions, but also because I wouldn't call it light, if you have to tote it any distance. I can carry it, but I wouldn't backpack with it.I'll update this review after I've slept on it with a good matt--the final test. Oh, no, the final test is collapsing it and getting it back into its carrying case. Enjoy your cot!!!

Better than air matteress!
Way better than an air mattress!Only problem I had was getting it to lock when setting up, and releasing to pack up.But it's better than waking up on the ground, all rolled up in a cocoon.

Very nice extra sleeping gear
The bed was easy to unfold and put to action in getting my guest off the floor and onto a comfortable portable bed, I put a sleeping bag on top and was very comfortable. I will be considering buying the mattress that goes on top for the future with anticipated increased comfort.

The bag ripped within a week, great cot though.
Great cot, bad carrying case.

Great!...but...
The media could not be loaded. Spacious, comfortable and solid..I recommend..but...Why did they not add instructions!? What a pain!...Opening it I could figure out but it was a challenge as I had to balance myself on a couch, stand on it, using my my feet and weight to push it down, I didnt have the strength to do it with my hands as it wouldn't budge and I'm healthy and strong. Then to fold it up...you would think it would be simple, like a folding chair is but..nope...it took many tries to figure out how the engineering worked. Instructions would have saved me from a lot of stress. After several attempts I finally figured out that if I turn it upside-down and step on the center and pulled up the sliding legs (had no idea they did that) it managed to lossen enough to fold it...it took 30 min to figure this out....I watched the demonstration video on the description and you will notice that this part of the video is completely cut out. Someone on here said something about pressing a square button but I did not find one..perhaps the review is for a different model. Anyway...the supplier should just add instructions! I hope my video helps the next person who struggles with this, it's not a great video but I tried.

Easy to put up
It’s easy to put up and after a week sleeping on it I found it comfortable enough. The slight slope up at the head end stops you loosing your pillow(s) during the night. The pocket organiser on the side is very useful. Reading glasses, tablet, phone and charge leads all stored for use as and when. I forgot my memory foam topper (I’m a bit of a glamper) but still found it acceptable.

Heavy, but solid
This is a really heavy item, 2 of them especially so - and they take up more space than you realise. Together they take up as much space as the entire remainder of my camping kit, just fitting in the boot of my Golf. One had a manufacturing defect in the material but didn't affect operation, which was simple but needed an amount of force to lock in placeand unlock before closing. Have I mentioned they are heavy - feelign much more than the advertised 5.8Kg - and thats each!.On the plus side strong & sturdy and comfortable even on your side (we tried them indoors), but are too big for our 3 berth tent (too high/long), shame really as they were great value - back they go.

solid structure easy to put up and down
not really suitable for anyone over 6ft unless your happy with your feet hanging out the bottom, it's fairly comfortable with no additions, only other down side is the carry bag is flimsy

Broke on first use
Disappointed as one of these broke (end of tubing pushed through the fabric) the first time we used them. Will be sending them back and trying to find an alternative. Also very narrow.
