Warranty won't replace metal that discolors in 6 mo
I bought this beautiful rose gold bracelet & the metal faded within 6 Mo to look just brassy metal. When I tried to get Swarovski to correct this they refused stating their warranty only covers the crystals and manufacturer defect. I don't see how this isn't a defect ESPECIALLY when I followed all the care guidelines. Extremely disappointed with their customer service and they definitely lost a customer.

Not original
I bought it and returned it back. There was no swarovski stamp or mark on it . The backaging also was poor . It doesn't deserve the amount paid for it.

È molto bello e molto fine. I problemi ci sono che le misure non corrispondono ,non è placcato con oro rosso come nella descrizione e non ho ricevuto neanche una garanzia per il prodotto. Visto la cifra si dovrà mandare anche una garanzia,senza la garanzia si rende conto che il prodotto non è originale. È per la seconda volta che acquisto Swarovski su Amazon , proprio dal venditore Swarovski e salta fuori che il prodotto non è originale.
