I have never bought a waist cinched before. So I was apprehensive. I put it on and wow, confidence booster!!! I’m in the process of losing weight and was frustrated that I didn’t have a lot of options in my wardrobe. This has helped tremendously! My posture is better and I did ballet for 9 years and already carried myself a certain way. Even wearing this with jeans and a sweatshirt makes me feel pretty! I’m 5’6”, 155 lbs and bought a medium.

I got this to use as an under garment but have started wearing it more as a waist trainer. I'm 5'2", 165 pds with a tummy (measurements 44, 38, 44) and I got a large. It's much more comfortable than I expected it to be.

This holds up even after being washed

I have used similar products in the past, but they are either too small or loosens in couple of weeks. This product is very well built. In fact in just a week, i am seeing results !. I would highly recommend to anyone trying to firm up the belly muscles without all the expensive surgery or other options

I like it..it arrived on time and everything was in the package.didnt smell of any odors. Came with extension.i got xl. True to size almost.the only two reasons I gave it a 4 star was the top half by the chest is a little loose which can cause bulging and lastly when trying to hook the hooks.the hooks keep coming undone,but eventually I got it on.I'm not returning it bc it does fit,but if this trainer wire pops out like my last one then I will replace with another of these. Seems durable but time will tell. Price is decent. Would I recommend it ,yes. Has good support. Length wise it fits like I want it to. From below the chest right to the bikini line.Nice and long. Overall I would highly recommend this product for a beginner, a replacement trainer and for back support or to lose weight.

Sadly I’ve already tossed out my product before having written this review and I’m not about to dig in the trash to get it for a picture. Anyways. Works great, comfortable at first and really helped slim down my waist to the point it’s too big on me. But BEWARE the metal in the inside has a tendency to break into pieces sharp ones that dig into your side, mine broke on me in the middle of the work day. I leaned down and since the fabric was warn? Or maybe I just leaned down and it bent the metal the wrong way because it was to big. Either way, I heard a crunch and to say the least at the end of the day (since I couldn’t change big shift) my side was red and bruised. This only lasted me a month TOPS, but maybe I was too rough on it? But either way not made to last through tough body movements regularly!

Although it doesn't really relieve pain, I can definitely notice changes in how fat is stored. I really like the extender that it includes.

I received my Kimikal Waist Trainer for Women under Clothe Tummy Control Shapewear Long Torso Sport Corset Belt, Black 9 Steel Bones, Large but found it wasn't long enough in the body, so i have my fat sticking out under my boobs and at the bottom of my belly... I really need an extra long torso but not sure that Kimikal has that... a bit disappointed and will be a lot of money trying to post it back to America from Australia... :(

I actually love this waist trainer. I am a size 14/16 after my second pregnancy and i have ordered 2xl originally which was way too big. I have sent that one back without problem and ordered a size L which arrived the other day. This one fits in the last rows of the extender. I could have probably make it tighter but i didn't want to squeeze my tummy so much from the beginning. The trainer is made out of good quality material and its comfortable to wear. Doesn't roll up as some do. Highly recommend.
