Chicken Eggs In the Air Fryer
RECIPE:Start with a square of parchment paper. Add a slice of ham. Press the two into a ring, and then cradle an egg into your newly formed “bowl.” Ten minutes in the air fryer. Done. (There …a recipe without a life story, names of pets, and saga of chickens’ pecking preferences.)More? …Unlike flimsy silicone rings and metal rings coated with ?unknowns, these rings are stainless and sturdy. (However, as with any stainless, they will actually stain. But, on cooking stuff this is known as patina. And, patina signals to all who venture near, that you don’t just pose in the kitchen; you in fact COOK!) These rings have stout stumpy “handles,” they clean up easily, and are not fazed by heat. After days of research, these became the clear winner.I like them; I am glad I own them.

Looks just like egg McMuffins if you use two eggs or a large one.
I used the recommendations as noted in other comments. Preheat the pan with rings in the pan. Spray with Pam (or butter rings) before adding eggs. Put eggs in bowl and then pore in ring to avoid egg shells and more control of eggs. Cook covered in a pan and check when egg solidified enough to flip, then take a knife around the edges, pull the rings out and flip the eggs to finish cooking. Helps to avoid a rubber bottom too.Note, eggs will leak out a bit if you do not preheat the pan with the rings. Also, if you have the flat glass lid, you can bend the handles back a bit on the rings and they won’t hit the lid. These worked great and my sandwiches were delicious and exactly what I was hoping for on the eggs.

These work well but…
They arrived round and with a nice finish. They are flat so they make a good seal on a flat pan (no egg oozes out at the edges). My only negative is all 4 rings had unfinished jagged edges as the sheet metal ring was not deburred well during the manufacturing process. I ran my knife sharpener around the bottom edges to make them smooth.Otherwise no issues. Easy to clean in the dishwasher. The included silicone grabber works well even with my big hand.

They are just O.K.
They leak even with a hot pan, but I can still get about 80% of the egg in the ring cooked for a homemade McMuffin.

They work well
I bought these to prep a bunch of breakfast sandwiches. I didn’t want the nonstick coating so I got these. If you preheat the pan and rings, and spray with cooking oil they are really good about not sticking, I cook about 30 egg patties in a row and only have a few little pieces stick here and there, mostly they slide out easily, and rarely one leaks a little. Perfect size for English muffins.

Use a little cooking spray and you'll LOVE these
I bought these a couple months ago because I wanted to make my own egg muffins at home. These are PERFECT. If you read the negative reviews that say they don't work, they stick, etc. IGNORE THEM. They work perfectly. All you have to do is:1. Put them in the pan on medium heat and let them warm up with the pan (why people put eggs into a cold pan and then complain that they've stuck is beyond me; Pre-Heat your pans people).2. Spray them with just a quick blast of cooking spray. You can also just butter the rings if you don't have spray.3. Crack the egg into a little bowl and then pour it into the ring as you gently press on the ring to keep the egg from running out underneath it. "Tip: The bowl will help you control the pour so you aren't cracking the egg over the ring and trying to get it in there while dealing with the shells.4. keep the heat on Med-Low and let the egg cook slowly or the bottom will get over done while the top is still runny, in a few minutes as the top firms up, pull the ring, (it will slip right off!), flip your egg and finish cooking. You will have perfectly round eggs for your breakfast sandwich. Simple.Tip: If you use Large or smaller eggs, you'll get a thin circle of egg, if you go with an Extra Large Egg, you'll get close to what you are used to seeing in an Egg McMuffin. If you follow this method, they are also easy to clean!Cheers!

Not worth the money
Dont waste your money, or time. These do not work. I've tried them in pans, baking sheets, cast iron. The eggs always fall thru the bottom and they are hard to clean.

Exactly What I Hoped They Would Be
I enjoy making homemade "fast food breakfast" now and then, and I ordered these so that I could create the authentic hockey puck-shaped eggs that a certain famous restaurant, ("Billions and Billions Sold,") has. My fear was that they were going to be plated tin or some other cheap garbage that would rust in the dishwasher, but from what I can tell they seem to be solid stainless steel, which is exactly what I was hoping they would be. The key to using these successfully is to grease the insides of the rings with plenty of butter and then to get them and the skillet plenty hot before you crack one or two eggs into them. Then, once the eggs are cooked, you're going to need some tongs or a pair of pliers to lift the rings by their very hot little handles as you gently ease the cooked eggs out of them. There's a trick to cooking the egg enough to flip it without burning the bottom, and I start with a very hot skillet and then turn the heat off once the eggs are half cooked, so that by the time I go to turn them the skillet is cooling a little and the eggs get less brown on the bottom. These rings take a little practice, but once you get the hang of them, they're just what you need to make those fast food breakfast sandwiches at home, and because they're solid stainless steel, they won't rust in the dishwasher.
