I love this book to be able to read to my students. They are able to then affirm themselves and others

Love this book! My daughter who is in Pre-K is on the shy side. We go through these affirmations and you can tell it's making her mentally stronger. Honestly I think it's good for some of us adults to remember these things as well! All kids/classrooms should have this book in their collection!

I love this book so much that we use it in every class in my preschool, every morning at circle time. I also purchased hand held mirrors for the children to look into to recite the affirmations. I've gifted this book to families in my school and my only complaint is that Amazon consistently out of this book. This book is a must for every classroom and every home.
