I got these for running because "adult" arm bands are designed to be most comfortable on bulky men, so either they don't adjust small enough for me or there's a chunky plastic buckle that gets mashed between my bicep and ribs when I tighten the strap.Pros:-They work-Adjusts small enough to for upper arm wear if you're a size 2 in ladies shirts-Lights go all around, so they are still visible if I rotate the chunky plastic bit to the outside-One charge lasts for a week (30 minute runs 3x/week)Cons:-Rough canvas material is not comfortable against skin, and the velcro part is even rougher. These will probably chafe really badly in the summer.-Zero stretch so I find myself stopping a lot to adjust the tightness-Much dimmer lights than the Hulk sized adult armbands-The USB charging cables it came with are so short you need to put a stack of books under the power outlet so the bands aren't just dangling, and it didn't even come with a wall adapter. Cheap cheap cheap!!!!Verdict: I wore these on my arms for one run and then switched to ankles because they were so uncomfortable. They are currently tossed in a corner collecting dust because the armbands with the buckle in a weird place have better visibility if I'm just going to put them on my legs anyways.

My daughter is 7 and we use these when we go camping. I had to add extra Velcro so it would fit around her tiny arm but they work great. I was able to pick my child out of a crowd of kids during our Cub Scout camping. I bought the blue pair for my son. I even had people show interest in them and I sent them the link so our pack is going to glow lol

Works great! Came charged and ready to use. Very bright light. Have just gotten it so I’ll update later on how it performs after a couple months. The fabric is an inexpensive Velcro plastic. (Under the description, the fabric is listed as high quality but not specific). Thin armed people can get the smaller size, I thought it’d fit my upper arm, I’m not a big guy and I can’t get it past my elbow. See pics.

I purchased these LED armbands for walking/jogging around my neighborhood at night. These armbands are surprisingly bright, and have three different light settings/options (fast blinking light, slow blinking light, or solid light.) I really like that these armbands are rechargeable, so I don’t have to worry about constantly replacing batteries. My only dislike would be about the size of the armband. I was hoping to wear around my wrists, however they are too large for wearing around the wrists. I wear mine around my forearm or bicep area.

I'm an adult Male, and don't consider my arms big. They are to small to fit around my biceps, and to large to use as a wrist band. Battery life is about an 1.5 Hrs.I bought these for bicycle rides at night, and wrap them around the frame, or attach to my backpack. Works well for this purpose.

Work well easy to be seen. Not for a large adult however. Straps too short.
