Vinyl Ester Resin - 5 Gallon w/Catalyst

Having enough resin is important to prevent trying to skimp on it and create an inferior outcome. This is name brand resin that starts purple and changes to brown when catalyst is added. It mixes well and make nice strong fiberglass. I am using it with 1708 and getting good results.One of the five gallons had a different viscosity. It catalyzed fine but was not like the other four gallons. I called the customer service number listed on the Amazon order detail. I got a real person, who listened to my complaint and patched me through to the guy that started the company! He was very understanding and willingly replaced the "runny" gallon. I consider this excellent customer service and I felt comfortable ordering an addition two gallons. He acknowledged that they had a couple viscosity issues but felt that was contained. He was surprised to see this one sneak through. For that reason, I did order the additional product and am comfortable recommending this product and company.
