I love this product! Ive only been using it for a week and let me list its benefits:1. First of all, i really love this product. I ordered the product and received it fast. However, when I opened the deal, this was what I saw. I look at the pills and they look just fine. Not weird smell or anything. Now, I’m not sure if I should take them. ☹️ Is this just a bad batch?

I used this product as directed while participating in a swimming excercise program. I did not find any difference in my weight loss or energy level from when I was not using or during the time that I used the product.

I just ordered my second bottle... Will post another review in a month or so...I hear it takes time to really work, and my husband and I are sharing so we've only been taking it for a couple of weeks!I will say this...I have a total buzz of energy for a couple hours after taking these....like, I go into OCD mode cleaning at night after a day of taking care of a 2 year old...usually something I don't have the energy to do. Also, I am usually always cold...but these days, I have never felt cold and find myself overheating and needing to lower the AC way down from my regular 76.I haven't noticed any weight loss, but then again, I don't weigh myself. I am waiting for a visual difference before I hit the scales. I like to be pleasantly surprised which I am sure I will be at this rate.

I have told EVERYONE I KNOW AND EVERYONE WHO HAS ASKED ME, how did I lose almost 65lbs without working out-- I can't because I had to have my entire spine from my neck to my behind fused due to childhood scoliosis then 18 yrs as an active Trauma and CCU RN then a great fall and Deg. Disc. Disease where I shrunk almost two inches. I got Staph while in the OR so now every organ in my body has been damaged, inc. my lungs w/ COPD and Heart disease. Exercise is waking up stairs to go to my apt then stopping to breathe. But when the Green Coffee beans and Rasberry Ketons came out, I jumped on the bandwagon. My weight concerns stem more from irregular meals and once a day meals than from snacking. Perhaps this product is helpful for those whose issues stem from habitual nibbling and late night snacks. For me, it exacerbated my issues because it suppressed my appetite thus extending the time until my next meal. On the other hand, when my evening meal was early (6:30), I was too hungry to sleep by 10:30 - 11:00.

Great product that works as advertised however you need to follow the directions on the bottle to get the full effect. Also you will notice a much bigger difference if you pair this with healthy eating habits and a good work out regimen. After the first week I didn't notice a large change but I was only using a half dose because I was not sure of the results. After the first week I upped to the recommended dose and noticed a boost in energy and a curbed appetite.
