Perfect fit!!
I was worried about the beavertail wouldn’t be covered by the holster but it is a phenomenal fit. It is a snug fit and is the right size to completely cover the trigger guard. When wearing it I was concerned about if the holster would come with the firearm on a draw but it slides out nicely. The only downside with these holsters is if you wear it all the time and you sweat it will break down the material, not so bad that it is going to fall apart or anything but is annoying having to clean the fuzz off of the weapon.

My favorite CCW holster, bar none.
Of all the IWB holsters I've tried for concealed carry, these are still my favorite. Many holsters claim to be more comfortable, but they are not (IMHO), because they are bigger and more bulky. Also note, I have tried similar holsters to this one from other brands (cough mr mikes cough), and the belt clip on those was made out of some much inferior plastic - the belt clip on these Blackhawks is very sturdy and solid. Why do I love them? Here's why. These little neoprene Blackhawk holsters are slimmer/thinner than anything else out there. If you have any love handles at all, you can drop one of these holsters (with firearm, of course) in the small of your back, and you will forget it's back there and nobody else will ever know it's there, short of giving you a full police style pat down. I use this particular holster (Size 01) with a Ruger LCP that has a Viridian light mounted on it, and it works fabulous. It is extremely comfortable, and I often forget it's back there. I also have a larger Blackhawk holster of this same line (I forget which size; it's the one for a full size) that I use in the winter to carry a Glock 19. The thicker glock is obviously somewhat less comfortable, but it's still so comfortable I can forget it's there unless I'm sitting down, and that's a fine trick to pull off for a full sized. For carrying locations other than small of back, I think the larger IWB style like the King Tuck or similar is probably a better bet for comfort, but I find all carry positions other than small of back (or pocket holster) to be a step down in comfort, so I don't personally bother.

THIS is the best iwb holster unless....
... you're doing things that involve a lot of bending over, hanging upside down, all-out running and jumping, wrestling with a suspect, etc.I've been a cc guy for almost fifty years. I've tried hard holsters, soft ones, on the belt, under the belt, and this one. This is the best minimalist holster money can buy. It's bare basic, and as I start wearing my second one, as the first has broken down into paper thinness, I am happy that I found it so many years ago.It allows for draws, clean and fast, and two hand re-holstering with minimal hassle. You can search far and wide for a more comfortable and completely concealable holster, but you won't find one better than this.STRONGLY RECOMMENDED, as long as you're not getting into very physical engagements while wearing it.

Much better than expected
After reading the reviews on this, I had my hesitations about this holster, but for the price, I figured I could take a chance. Various people mentioned poor quality, lack of retention, and a high ride making the firearm top heavy. Thankfully, I don't seem to share those findings. To start with, this is not an expensive leather holster, so I didn't expect it to perform as such. I have high quality leather holsters and I don't have any complaints about them, except that they are bulky and hot to wear in the summer. I needed something that I could easily wear under a t-shirt - preferring small size and light weight over a large and heavy firearm. This seemed to fit what I wanted. It's very light, compact, and soft so wearing it next to the skin is not a problem. The higher skin side on the holster even helps to cushion the tang and hammer from contacting and pressing into the skin. However, I will most likely be wearing a thin undershirt (wife-beater) under my t-shirts to provide an additional level of cushion as well as block some sweat from contacting the holster and possibly making it wear prematurely. There is always a trade-off for the ability to carry concealed protection, so my trade-off is having another thin layer of fabric under my shirt. The small size of this size 01 holster works well for my compact carry firearm - a Bersa Thunder 380. This is much more compact and concealable than my full size Sig in my OWB holster. Upon receiving this holster, I promptly holstered my weapon and observed it under a t-shirt. I can't even see any sign of the weapon under my clothing, and I know it's there. No one else will ever see any printing with this. I should mention that I will wear this in the 3:00 position. I found that rotating it back to the 4:00 position (where I normally carry my Sig) causes the grip to protrude a bit. Since concealed means concealed, 3:00 seems better to me for this rig.I also find that the higher ride of my Bersa is a good thing. Others may not care for the high ride, but I actually like a higher riding weapon. For this particular holster, having a higher ride at 3:00 means the weapon tilts in a tad above my hip bone improving it's concealment. If it was a lower ride, then my hip bone would push the holster and weapon out more causing more printing. As for retention, I don't think that would be an issue unless I was doing seriously rough physical activity or if I tried standing on my head. The holster is a pretty tight fit for my weapon and then adding the compression from the pants/shorts plus a belt means that the gun isn't moving much, if at all. Even with the tight fit, drawing is smooth and effortless.Lastly, I can't comment on reliability yet. Based on the construction, I would imagine it will last quite a few months with regular, daily carry, though I won't be carrying this holster that often. I rotate between a variety of holsters, weapons, and carry methods, so this one will be only a part-time holster for me. If I have issues with it earlier than what I feel is acceptable, then I will update this review. However, unless it falls apart after the first few days, then I will have gotten more than my money's worth out of it and would likely buy one again. For now, I will give this four stars until I have more experience with reliability and wear.Edit 12/1/2014After a few months now, I can comment on reliability. So far, I haven't had a single issue with the holster. It has held up well. To even have something negative to comment about, I'll have to be extremely nitpicky. There is some mild wear at certain pressure points (where the slide release presses into the holster, for example). Also, the stiching around the edge of the holster has some very mild fraying - similar to the way a t-shirt looks after it's been washed. In other words, you can tell it's not brand new, but there is no sign of it coming apart. Really, it has far exceeded my expectations for wear and durability. The black velvet/suede like material on the outside of the holster still looks and feels like brand new. The inside is still in very good shape, with indentions for the various gun parts being the only obvious change since it was new.Originally, I planned to carry this when my attire wouldn't allow for a larger weapon. However, I find myself grabbing this holster and my smaller weapon even in cases where I used to wear my bigger sidearm. This has proved itself very well and I would certainly buy it again.

Good for the price
My gun fits great, easy in and easy draw, however the holster digs into my thigh when sitting.

Love!
This holster is perfect for me! I'm a thin woman, so it's very apparent when I wear a pistol with a hard, bulky holster. This one fits my Sig Sauer P238 perfectly. It hugs it enough so the gun does not fall out if I want to put it in my purse. It's slim and comfortable for me to wear all day. I love the clip, I usually end up wearing it on my back because that's where it shows the least, but I can also wear it on my side. It even holds up really well just on yoga pants!
