This was a great puzzle toy to play with and introduced me to non-conventional Rubik's cube variations. Very fun to learn, and the price can't be beat. It's a little bit light, but that posed no issues for me since I'm not a serious speed cuber or anything.

I like cubing a lot, and thought branching out to an axis cube would be a good challenge. It took me 5 days to figure out the first time, even with YouTube help. Now my time is down to less than 10 minutes and dropping.The cube is very smooth and easy to turn. The stickerless version is nice so you don’t have to worry about kids peeling the stickers off when you’re not looking…. Would highly recommend if you’re interested in learning to solve an axis cube. However, be aware that you need to know how to solve a regular Rubik’s cube first before attempting this one.

Good quality materials, smooth turning and factory lubed, excellent shape mod! Would like to warn that there may be some lube residue when you first open the cube.Other than that, no issues. Highly recommend if you want a fun shape mod

I bought a 4 pack of cubes, that came with mirror cube, windmill, fisher cube and the axis cube.I struggled because my center pieces kept falling out, and well you need strong centers to move the axis cube, and I had put them back in on old one, and did them wrong and so made it impossible for me to solve the cube by myself. I couldn't understand why no review showed how to solve these pieces as I put them in impossible situations like if took a 2x2 and twisted a corner, it locks it from being solvable. I may or may not have smashed my previous after got tired of pieces falling off.But this Cuberspeed one, is great.This is order to learn cubes:-3x3 Fundamentals-2x2 Can easier see how your rotation algorithm works-Megaminx Adds so many new moves that you'll be using later, most important cube that isn't 3x3-4x4 Teaches you about color order and how cubes with no centers work.-5x5 Shows you interesting interlocking methods you'll use on every puzzle from 6x6 to 30x30.-Windmill Teaches you how to use a cube that gets into funky shapes that are hard to track and work with, if you can't handle this, don't bother with Axis, it really does help to learn how funky centers work.-Fisher Teaches is a lot like Windmill, and also uses a method you'll use in Axis, on how to orient centers later and all these methods are just easier to see in this cube and windmill.-Mirror Hits home how algorithms work, it uses stuff learned in megaminx that realized works on every cube, its just never do cause faster algorithms that are easier to learn instead. It also helps prepare you for using a cube that doesn't function normally and sharpens your eye that will help with Axis.-Axis The hardest of them all. Use the combined knowledge of previous cubes to solve. It is extremely frustrating to move the cube until you realize how it works. And if haven't learned how to see centers from other funky cubes you'll suffer. Its gonna be harder to see how to tuck pieces in and need your eyes sharp and muscle memory from others as the cubes like this, don't rotate on every turn. Minimum learn 3x3, Megaminx and Windmill first.

This is not for beginners, but a fun cube for a challenge or for a collection

Was a gift for a child who loves Rubix cubes. They loved it.

This cube is not a true speed cube with magnets. The mechanism sticks and doesn’t snap into place while turning it. Love the novelty, but the quality could be better.
