We had an area rug that needed to be secured on a slick LVT floor. The carpet was a heavy shag and I was worried this pad was going to add too much thickness. Well, call me impressed! The product was PERFECT. Not only does it stay put, it also really doesn't add much to the overall thickness (either appearance or foot feel). The dimensions were such that I didn't even need to trim it for my 5x8 carpet.I would buy this mat again without reservation.

This review is for a rug non-slip pad. Be sure to have a sharp utility knife if you need to cut it. And cut (or buy) it a few of inches smaller than your rug so the edges of the rug will lie flat on the floor, otherwise it becomes a trip hazard. Also, BE SURE to buy, or have, some GOOD double sided carpet tape handy to tape it to the rug, otherwise the rug will slide of of the pad and you'll have to keep repositioning it. Considering the cost and work, I wish I had paid more and bought padded rugs in the first place. If you do need to buy rug pads though, these should work for you.

I was so skeptical that this would not be able to hold onto my slippery floors, but it works fantastic!! Adds some nice cushion to the rug and no more readjusting my rug a dozen times a day from foot traffic and my cats’ zoomies! A life saver!

These rug pads are awesome; they feel and look really well made, give the perfect amount of cushioning, and keep the rugs in place perfectly. My order came with the wrong size pad and Joshua with customer service at RugPadUSA was super amazing with helping me out and getting the right pad sent to me. We needed 3 10-13’ ft rug pads which can be difficult to find. We also wanted the pad to arrive in one solid length. (Another company cut the 13 ft in half for shipping). We didn’t want an extra cushioned rug pad because the rugs don’t need that and it would make them too high. The 1/8” thickness is just perfect! I discovered this company after a recommendation from the blog “Chris loves Julia” and they were right. The Best rug pads out there.

I read a lot of reviews before purchasing this and while most of them were positive, I was still skeptical. I have a reversible braided rug in a high traffic area that sits on tile. That sucker slid around so much so that I almost fell a few times just walking across it. Not ideal, so I knew I needed something in order to avoid guests having the same issue. Let me tell you, this thing does not move! I ran across my kitchen and tried to Risky Business this bad boy...NOTHING! Bonus that it doesn't leave any marks on my floor and doesn't have a smell of any kind. I am so happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it to anyone else who has a slippery rug problem.

This is a quality product and the third one I have purchased from Rug Pad USA. I purchased this particular pad to go under a carpet at the front door. It works wonderfully and there is still clearance under the door with both pad and carpet. I highly recommend the rug pads from this company.
