all the bands are nade really well and are high quality however the tiny bands meant to keep them rolled are not as high quality and gave broke for me

I've had these for one month now.They give a good, full body workout anywhere.There are many instructional videos on YT.I always attach them to smooth/ rounded posts, avoiding sharp edges and it's important not to overstretch the bands.I'm also careful to use footwear which is smooth (or none) when standing on the bands.The green is ideal for deadlift, squats, lat pulldowns, the purple for arms or rowing and the red for shoulders or warm-ups.I also bought Olympic Rings which I recommend as a _better_ alternative to gym based, weights training.

Disappointed. The red / green bands are ok so far but within just a few months the purple one (most used) perished & now I daren’t trust it with whole body weight. A waste of money.

Bought these for my 18 year old son, he’s using them for assisted pull-ups. He’s 6ft & quite a big lad and they seem to be very strong good quality bands, not like some of the other flimsier bands you can get. Very happy with these overall

Since dumbbells are getting ridiculously expensive now, bands are my alternative during quarantine. I prefer this type of band than the ones with hooks because of their sturdiness and resistance. And u got exactly that from these items here. Really happy with the quality of them and strongly recommend for anyone who is looking for a trusted brand for resistance band.

Never been the one to progress with pull ups as I always found them hard, but since using these rubber bands I can get in the xtra sets in and help build up the muscles ready for next session. 5 star
