What can I say, all besides, " I LOVE IT!" I'm a simple creature. I buy a product to achieve a goal. I needed my semi cheap, studio strobes to be able to accept and hold Bowen attachments. This adaptor is made very well. A mix of metal and hard plastic. The inside of the tightening ring is covered in rubber. So that you don't scratch your strobes. To tighten a reflector or beauty dish, is really easy as well. You never feel like anything is going to fall off. I bought two, and I might buy another if I find the need?Only complaint at all is shipping. Takes forever to get here. I wish Amazon, would have a Prime version.

Excellent piece. HOWEVER!!Fits onto your mono light and the other side locks into a bowens speed ring.Although it's a prime item, Amazon do not fulfill this piece and shipping is 3 days +.UpdateThe 3 screws that clamp onto your mono light tigthen a collar, which in turn tightens around your strobe. It does not tighten very strongly.I have one large lightbox which is heavy, and keeps slipping off.

Bought it because when I bought my strobe light, others mention that the light didn't come with a Bowen mount. When I received my light, it came with a Bowen mount already so I never got to use it. For the price, not worth returning. I'll keep it in case I do buy a strobe with out the mount. The build quality is great. Buy it if you need it.

Well..It fits my Neewer c250 strobe..I will find out soon if it works with a Bowens type mount Beauty dish...2-28-16--Works with ALL the Bowens mount items I have...beauty dish... etc...I really like it....

This adapter really surprised me. I got it for a large softbox not realizing how heavy it actually was. I initially didnt think it would hold up under the weight of the softbox but it held surprisingly well even in a downward position. Glad I got this for my neewer monolights.

I was able to mount 7" reflectors and Grids with no problem. I'm sure my 22" beauty dish will fit with no problems as well.The mount is well made and a perfect fit on my Neewer C-300.

These adapters have worked very well for me. I am using them on my budget priced Flash Point 300WS studio strobes (which, by the by, are a real bargain). They fit the strobes perfectly, and they accept the Bowen's type reflectors and soft box adapters that I use. Shipping direct from China was surprisingly fast - about a week, each order (I ordered twice).

I have a couple of strobes that don'e use Bowens mounts and this solves that problem. Works well and and is quite well made. It came a week earlier than expected, so that was a bonus.

Fit great but took forever to come...
