I bought this bio pain relief instead of the Bio Freeze in the green & white bottle. This is the worst stuff I have ever bought. Nothing rolls on to the affected area. i threw 2 bottles out because I was so upset and the 3 bottle is the same way. I won't buy this kind again, I'll stick to the other brands I have bought prior to this garbage.

Works well but smells. The menthol is problematic if the user has pets or small children that might brush up against the treated area, such as knees or ankles. Im opting instead for Boiron’s arnicare gel.

I figured this product being 10% menthol would be MUCH better than 4% Biofreeze. In reality, I believe this product is lying about that 10% because it works much WORSE.... I have to slather it on crazy thick to even feel much of anything. And to make it worse, the roller ball doesn't want to roll, it just gets stuck and nothing comes out. I have to squeeze on the sides of the container to try and force product out to try and lubricate the ball and get it to work.I believe this manufacturer is lying about its efficacy and its poor quality packaging. I'll definitely be paying the extra $2 for Biofreeze brand in the future.

I have tried many of these from different brands and I keep going back to this one. I have severe back pain and this is the only one that I feel does something to help me relieve some of my pain. Great product and will keep repurchasing. It does go fast though so stock up, I promise you will love it.
