The quality of these pans and racks are awesome! They are super durable and functional. I love that I can stack them to store and they don’t take up too much space, the perfect fit!

Needed a large enough tray and wire rack to dry out and cure large salmon filets - the size you get in Costco and other big box stores. This does the job perfectly. I like that this came as a set of 2 - I use the second set to put pressure on the salmon resting on the first set. Sturdy, stainless steel, easy to clean, does not hold on to salmon odors, goes straight from the fridge to the smoker, and then from the smoker to the table - looks fantastic.

About almost an inch deep.Fit my new smart airfryer Cosori oven CS100 and CS130-A0 (CS100Oven fits 12" pizza, narrowest interior width 12.75)Works as carrying tray: sixteen 4 oz yogurt jars (64 oz total)I put it in an preheat toaster oven on airfry function at 400°F for 20 min and turn 180° in between. It didn't wrap, because the fat dripping from bacon distribute the heat evenly. I saw people with twisting pan because there is a small piece of food, cold I assume, in the middle of the pan, I wonder if the entire pan is filled with food and/or if the sheet is placed in the middle position, not too close to the heating elements, would that help with the issue? Or may be switch to black cast iron, it won't ever twisted haha. I haven't tried broil or toast dry stuff yet, will update later with cookies or roast duck.I soaked it in soapy water for a day or two, and sticky, dry bake stuff came right off. Unlike my nonstick, they haven't rusted either.Affordable 4 piece at $20.70, so $5 each.What I don't like:It's beautiful mirror finish but also easily scratched, no matter how gentle and careful you use and clean. I prefer brush finish.Updated: It will warp a little bit when BROILING (not warp on air fry or bake but will on broil function) meat on rack in the pan, due to not enough meat drippings to distribute heat unevenly. To fix this, I fill the pan with just enough water to cover the bottom, then grill the meat on rack, but then meat will be more like steamed broiled. I wonder if corrugated design would be any better?

I am changing out my cookware to stainless steel or other non-toxic materials. This sheet pan is great. Very shiny, like a mirror, and I am surprised that it is for the most part, non-stick. If any food does stick, it comes off pretty easily with a soak and scrub and does not get baked on; however, in the corners, oil does cause discoloration (see pic). The pan does not look pretty after use! That is not important to me. Also, it WILL temporarily warp even though the product information says it doesn't. If you put the pan with the food on it in a preheated oven, you will hear the metal "popping" up. I have not found it to affect the quality of the cooking, even with cookies.

These are great! Clean easily and I feel like they will last a long time. So happy to get rid of all my toxic non stick!

I bought these for use in my GE Indoor Smoker; they fit perfectly and help keep it clean. They clean up nice and easy in the dishwasher.

These trays allow me to cook crispy bacon without a monumental cleanup afterward. They are a tad cumbersome to clean, but infinitely easier than scrubbing my stovetop, the frying pan and surrounding countertops. Not to mention that I no longer have to watch the bacon to keep it from burning. I simply preheat the oven to 375, pop in the trays and say: "Alexa, set a 13 minute timer." Poof! perfectly crispy bacon appears!

I have a really small oven, I can't fit normal sized baking sheets in them and that makes me sad. I've had these for a few months now and I'm buying another set, not because something is wrong with them, but because they're perfect. I have seen them warp slightly (not enough to spill fat out) in the oven but they usually correct themselves after being out of the oven. I've never cooked directly on them, I always use the racks, so that might be a contributing factor. They clean up really nice too, they don't scratch to the steel wool I use (chore boy) and they're still mirror polished after all this time.
