FRCAMI Self Adhesive Toilet Paper Holder, Brushed Nickel Toilet Paper Roll Holder SUS304 Stainless Steel for Bathroom Kitchen

I needed to relocate my toilet tissue holder due to a young cat that's suddenly decided that unrolling and shredding toilet tissue is really fun! I didn't want to have to do a permanent installation as I hope to one day be able to use the existing holder again (plus I didn't want to drill holes in the ceramic tile walls). This tissue holder uses a 3M adhesive pad that firmly holds it on the tile (I first cleaned tile with rubbing alcohol on a paper towel to ensure a clean adhesion surface). The holder seems to be of solid construction and looks great, so I'd recommend it if you don't want to go through the hassle of a permanent installation. Unfortunately, I didn't place this one high enough as I came in yesterday and saw the cat had found a way to get up to it and had a new roll of tissue completely unrolled onto the floor (user error, not a problem with the holder!)

This thing is pretty neat. I didn’t want the traditional toilet paper holder because the springy stick thing ended up getting launched into and flushed down the toilet once and it was a nightmare. I opted for this, because I wouldn’t have to screw it in. I have to say I really like it. My only complaint is of user error; when I was installing it I must have flinched because it’s like a milimeter crooked and it’s going to drive me crazy for the rest of its life. Which I predict will be a long time because I tried to pull it off to realign and I couldn’t without a lot of force (I didn’t want to force it, if it was that stuck I figured it would stop sticking if I took it off and put it back on). But I can’t remove a star for that obviously.

I give it 4 stars because it is great for the price you get what you pay for. It holds up nicely except that it doesn’t hold up as well with kids. If you lean on it or slap your hand super hard on it or bump it, it does bend the part were the toilet paper goes I just bend it back my kids haven’t bent it enough to damage it but it does seem a little tilted everytime I go in there bathroom. The adhesive part doesn’t move at all it sticks well. I stuck it on the cabinet not on the wall.

Very happy when this item arrived. I am living in a HUD housing property in which owners are not responsible for maintaining their building and many things are placed upon the renters shoulders for replacing items and keeping upkept . One of their issues are ''holes in walls'', so for me as an owner I would be upgrading my toilet rollers to this item , it has stayed on the wall with no problem and it looks really nice to .

I have two young children who love nothing more than to run away with the spring thing that attaches the toilet paper to the holder. I got tired of looking for the spring and/or always having toilet paper on the counter so I purchased this instead.PROS:• We can always find the toilet paper!• It looks nice.• The toilet paper doesn't fall off.• No toilet paper on the sink or back of the toilet.• No tools were involved for installation and installation literally took 5 seconds.CONS:• Our old toilet paper holder was built into the wall so, in comparison, this sticks out quite a bit.• I'm not particularly handy, so I just stuck this on the wall above our other built-in toilet paper holder. It looks dumb, but that's not the fault of the product. It's my fault for not thinking the placement through and/or learning how to remove the original.All told, I'm happy.

Do not buy!! We specifically bought this piece because it wasn’t supposed to damage our walls. It worked great for about two weeks but then started to bubble the paint and fell off a few days later taking the paint with it! It damaged it in the wall in a way where you can’t just paint over it and now we have to explain to our landlord why there is a giant spot with no paint. I would have rather just bought a regular one and made two little holes in the wall. This little gadget cost us a lot of trouble

I have to say for the price I wasn't sure what to expect but this paper holder is surprisingly heavy and well made. It has an adhevise backing on it that is the same size as the holder and I have it attached to a tile wall. As long as you put it on a tile and not over the grout I don't believe this is going anywhere. The finish is nice and matches the other chrome fixtures I have even though this has a brushed finish. I'm happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend.

I mounted this TP holder right above another TP holder in our men's room stall at work. It is mainly used to hold a second roll of paper. It has been on the wall for about two months now. The adhesion to the wall is good so far. Nobody has used it as a handhold yet. It easily holds the large Costco rolls of TP unlike our other TP holder does. So usually we start out a new roll on this holder and then as it gets used a little bit, we move it to the other holder that does better with smaller rolls.
