There are beautiful stories in this cd. It’s a beautiful listening experience, and if you are looking for lovely poetry and writing, you will be very pleased with this purchase. This is interesting in the same way a piece of very good writing is absorbing and engaging, but having purchased it as a spiritual teaching, I felt somewhat bereft because I prefer my teachers to have deep humility.

All I need to say is that I listen over and over again to this presentation by David Whyte, along with reading his books. He beckons me to continually probe my life and make a decision to listen, explore, question, and ultimately live fully and to my highest self.

David Whyte lectures are always inspiring and comforting... as well, it's a pleasure to hear him read poetry.
