Lack of customer service is not there.
The crate only lasted 3 hours before our dog broke out. Have contacted the seller and still have not been contacted on how we can resolve with either a fix or refund. At this point would not recommend to anyone. Linda

Great purchase
I love this kennel it’s easy to build and clean. I leave it open during the day and my dogs go in on their own for naps so it’s safe to say they love it too. I always get compliments as well asking where I got them!

Nothing Wood About This
They use the phrase Eco flex wood..... this is plastic nothing wood about it.

More Plasticy than wood like
Looks and feels like real Plastic (not wood like at all)I ordered the Large and apparently the website was giving a description (dimensions) of the extra large KennelI went to send it back And they wanted me to pay to send it back so I could order the extra large one that we needed/wanted needless to say I sold it on craigslist at a loss and purchased a different kennel from another company

It was a little bigger than I thought however I didn't measure before selecting a size. Both of my cavs share it. It looks great and they haven't been able to escape.
