Impressed. Just like the ones at the gym. Very tough looking rope, rubber and carabiner seems fine also, other reviewer said it was cheap but I like it, easy enough to replace if needed. I will use mine with resistance bands, already have. Not sure why someone answered the question that you couldn't, maybe he doesn't know what they are. I was already doing tricep push downs with bands, this just makes it more efficient for me, half dozen simple ways to hook that up.

I got this rope specifically to do face pulls but I also have been using it to do triceps and cable crunches. My gym has no rope available on any of the machines and some of the machines have the attachment links soldered so it's hard to attach anything on them.The rope is well built and the black rubbery things at the end are pretty solid. I don't lift heavy stuff with this other than 100 pounds for cable crunches. I like the color although I would've preferred black and blue but whatever it's fine. The spring link is kind of small and it was difficult to attach to some of the cable machines. So I went to the local hardware store and got a better spring link. This works out great and I believe this rope will last me for a long time.

I had bought this because I needed a rope to add to my setup. I elected to go with the black and "orange". I quote that because it is definitely red and NOT orange. I did have to dock a star because of the color issue. Just label it as red. There is a personal preference with the color. Had I known I would have just gone with all black. I am pissed about this; but enough about personal issues.I need it for multiple workouts so on to the rope:From what I am use to, this matches up pretty well so far. I do like the ends on this because they are bigger than what I am usually using at the gym so it gives more room for the sides of my hands to push on them.The rope itself seems to be of decent quality. It is still relatively new so it needs a break in period before there is any comfort, sturdiness, or durability rating that can be truly given.Just pissed about the color.... Fix your description! >:-(

I have the 26" version of this product - but this upgrade is the best of the two. Longer is better for many movements where the 26" rope is too short. Mine is quality built - very sturdy and easy on the hands. For lots of exercises while sitting on a bench to use cable cross over machine - this is the GO TO rope. If you don't have one you're missing out on many exercises not available without this resource in your tool kit. Highly recommend - not disappointed with this product.

I'm getting back into shape after years of medically required no exercise. Now I can and we have filled up a spare room with a bunch of new equipment. Hired a personal trainer and he had me use one of these at the gym and I freaking fell in love with it and went home and bought it immediately! Great quality and strong, durable, sturdy! Have used it already and it's just perfect. Had to get the longer one because my hands are so huge. Thanks for offering that choice.

Love it. Only used it once, so nice to not have to wait around the gym for people to finish with this attachment. Rope isn't real rope, it's like a plastic which I'm used to. The cloth type ropes in the gym sometimes get discolored and sweat soaked which is gross, but those ropes are softer, more flexible and natural feeling. For the price I'd get this.

I needed an extended length tricep rope to do face pulls without aggravating my wrists like the shorter ropes at the gym do. It arrived and it appeared to be good quality and sturdy. I used it frequently and was happy BUT after 4 months of use the plastic knob at one of the rope ends came right off and the rope frayed and unraveled so we were not able to reattach the knob. My first impulse was to re-order but I thought about it and read the other reviews and realized the next rope would also break. The rope ends are POORLY secured with GLUE!!!! So I'm on the search for an extended tricep rope with some guarantee of durability. Take my advice. If you plan to do face pulls and tricep extensions for more than 3 months I would suggest you invest in a better rope.

I wanted to find a longer tricep rope and this was the cheapest one I could find of the very few I found. It also came with a large attachment clip. I have used for over a month and it works just fine, I am happy with the product.
