Worn for 10+ years!
These are amazing! Been using these for 10+ years! Was going to spend $500 on orthotics when I tried these and I was not disappointed! I have recommended these to soooo many people through the years. I consider them life changing! I worked in shoe store for 4+ years and instead of selling the stuff we had I would tell people to order these instead!

Best Support For High Arches
So at $100 these are overpriced because they do need more cushion in the ball-of-foot area. They do well in the arch area. After six to eight months they are flat in the ball of the foot. But they are the best on the market to date that I have found.

Can stop using it
My plantar fasciitis is better when I use it. If I switch to other shoes that don't have the insoles, my feet start complaining after an hour or 2. Think I need to additional for my tennis shoes.

Worked for Me
Prior to Barefoot Science, I tried other "shoe inserts" and even had a heel injection in an attempt to remedy the "heel spur pain" I had been suffering from for a year. My wife randomly picked up a pair of the full size Barefoot Science inserts about 25 years ago. The following are my highlights;1. Wore every day in the beginning. Underside of feet felt different because of the "bump" but pain began to lessen.2. If I wore a different pair of shoes I would try to insert the Barefoot Science insert into the new shoe (indoor shoe/slipper wife says I can wear indoors).3. I think about 6 months later I woke up in the morning with no morning "heel spur" pain. My feet actually enjoyed the presence of these new inserts.4. I ordered about 4 more pairs...full size and 1/2 size. My golf shoes, running shoes, slippers, dress shoes and casual shoes now had the Barefoot Science insert in them. If the shoe's original insert could be removed (golf and running), I replaced it with a full size insert, otherwise I just put in the 1/2 insert (usually dress shoes).5. After about +/-5 years there was no sign of heel spur pain. So, say 10% of the time I wore a pair of shoes with no Barefoot Science insert.6. 25 pain free years later and I still have and use all my Barefoot Science inserts. I wash them periodically and "two way tape" the foam "bump" back into place as needed. I have them in my golf shoes, running shoes and work boots almost all of the time, which in all accounts for about <5% of my waking hours. I may not need the Barefoot Science inserts anymore, but my feet like them, so I just ordered another 2 pairs direct from Barefoot Science, to leave in my golf shoes I travel with.7. I am happy my wife picked these up 25 years ago!

Feels good, Not sure about long-term benefits
I followed the 2-weeks-per-level instructions, and have worn level 6 for several months now. I am very used to the feeling, and I like it. While I can't really speak to the long-term benefits of posture and body-mechanics, I can say that I am satisfied with the product; I can feel very obviously that these have a higher, more centered arch support than most insoles, and it does give a massaging sensation.

Deceptive description
While the insoles seem to be pretty good, the description, that includes a per count price of 1/2 the total, is deceptive. It implies that you are getting two pairs, which makes the price pretty good. In fact you get one pair (and the item is only available in pairs), which results in the price being rather poor. I guess they sell more by describing it this way but it certainly appears to be an attempt to fool the customer.
