Purchased this product to attack the diaper pail smell. I had heard a commercial on the radio about the product and was curious if it lived up to the hype. The price seemed rather expensive for only 5 small satchels. When I received the product, I immediately dumped all 5 satchels into the baby's diaper pail. After one day, there was a noticeable change in the smell that came from the pail. We've had the product in the pail for many weeks now, its smell absorbing power is starting to diminish. The stinky pail is starting to stink again. For odor absorbing power that last a long time, I would suggest buying this product in bulk rather than in the satchels. The satchels work perfect for a test run. A mouse died in my car. These didn’t completely get rid of the smell. (I think that would be impossible.) But I was amazed by the difference they made. I’d definitely buy these again.

I have two good sized dogs so I have to vacuum a lot, and the vac starts to get stinky in a short time. I put one of these in the collection bin and it makes an amazing difference. Note: after each vacuuming session I use a shop-vac to clean the house vac. Not sure how successful these would be without having the dog dust sucked out as the other house vac filters are cleaned, but it only takes a few seconds. About the car: the dogs love to ride and we cruise 4 - 6 days a week. So the car starts to get stinky after a while too. I dropped one of these sachets into a map pocket in a door and it keeps the ride fresh without being overpowering. I'm not a fragrance guy but I'm not into stinky either, and this is a helpful thing to have around.

Like it. But, don't like that I have to replace it so quickly. I used it for my car where my preschooler and toddler love to eat and leave random things in there. Before Fresh Wave, I would immediately notice a little odor in my car. But, after a day of leaving the small package in my car... viola! There was no odor at all!!BUT, since we drive with windows open since it's summer, I noticed that it stopped working after only 2 1/2. With my other sachets that I left in closets, laundry room, etc. It lasted for about a month or so.

The title clearly states that there are 6 sachets but the packaging is for 5 and that's how many you get. You get five, not six. For that kind of money it counts. I would not recommend for that fact alone. They are not unscented, instead they smell very strongly of citrus..? I placed them in a stinky closet a couple of hours ago to see how it performs anyway and now it smells kinda mixed, stinky closet smell mixed with citrus. After very close inspection of the closet the next day, it has a better odor than it did before the sachets were put in. So, they work okay but are very pricey.

I have two dogs and I am always concerned that my home smells like dogs. So I read great reviews on this product and decided to try it. It did make a small area of my house smell "fresh" for about a week. But to tell you the truth, I don't think that pine trees smell fresh, and when i walked in my house for that week, all I could smell was pine trees. This product isn't horrible, but it is definitely not as good as I had hoped, and not worth the money.

I love these sachets. I use them mainly in my vacuum. I have a canister vac so I just pop one in then pick it out when I dunno the canister. A couple of good shakes gets the old dirt off and it goes back in. Good for about 4 or 5 uses per sachet. It would also be great under your trash bag, in a closet or drawer, in your car, etc.

I really wanted these to work. Purchased the 5 pack in late October for a 14 year old males sneakers. Even rotating the sachets, the sneakers still stink as much as the ever have. (I should mention that the sneakers were worn regularly)Construction wise, have had no problems with the product. The are, regularly, dumped on the floor and have not broken. bonus, cats really don't like them. Maybe they can be cat deterrents They smell kind of spicy like pines and cloves..
