Montana Brand 6pc Brad Point Drill Set (Made in USA)

I was having trouble drilling straight accurate deep holes in some hard walnut wood for a project I was making for my grandson. The drills I was using were from a big box store, I purchased the Montana brad point bits and right away I was drilling true straight holes effortlessly. Great results, fast cutting and accurate round holes. I only used 3 (1/8,1/4, 3/8) of the 6-piece set so far but I sure glad I brought them. I only used them for a dozen holes, so I don't know how long they'll last, but I will buy them again when the need comes up.

Best wood drills for the money, any money. Fit and finish like no other drill bit I have ever seen. Accurate, clean cutting, fast,... I am running out of things to say... Buy with confidence.

These will make you hate all those other bits you have accumulated over the years. They are razor sharp and go right where you want them to go.

these drill bits are among the best for wood working i use them in my commercial shop where they get a lot of use always happy with the service life

These are really great drill bits but they are no good for luthiery work only becasue the point end design, great for everything else. Would recommend these for the workshop.

I saw good reviews about these and bought a set direct from the company within five minutes. I was looking on Amazon and they had the same set for $10-$15 cheaper than the company so I bought Amazon’s and contacted the company and had them cancel my order. It’s just crazy that you can go through a third-party and get cheaper than the maker. But these were great super sharp even dropped one on the concrete and it didn’t hurt it at all.Have had these for almost 3 months now, and these are great, I don’t see me ever buying a different brand, they stay sharp.

This Montana brad point drill be set is made in the USA and appeared to be of good quality. However, some or all of them are shorter than a standard-length drill bit. They were not long enough to use with my doweling jig. I purchased a single Montana 3/16 brad point drill bit at a big box store, and it was longer (same length as a standard 3/16 brad point drill).

These are very sharp. They cut smoothly and easily. Only con for me is no case included.
