This product sting my eyes, so the "no irritation" in the title of the product doesn't apply to me. The first email I received from a sales consultant of the company after I received my product but before my feedback was professional and courteous. The first paragraph was here: "I would like to make sure that you are completely satisfied and enjoying our product because here at Skinology Beauty Solutions we are committed to your 100% satisfaction and want to ensure you are getting the best value and level of service. Please feel free to contact us anytime if you have any questions, concerns or suggestions - we are here to make sure that you are happy! "I replied: "The product arrived fine but I won't be able to give it a review until I use it long enough to see if I notice there are any effects. The only thing I don't like about the product is that it stings my eye a lot every time I use the product. I used another product called "Rapid Lash" before but it doesn't sting this badly. So far, I am sorry to say my experience isn't a 5-star, but I won't be rating it until months from now to give it a more fair rating."Then someone replied to my email with a "thank you" and that's it.A few more days later I simply coudln't stand the burning sensation everytime I apply this solution anymore. It gave me so much discomfort that I had a hard time applying the serum on my other eye, and I had to close both of my eyes and walk back to my bed from the bathroom. So I decided to ask for a refund by replying to the same thread of email. I wrote:"This product really stings my eyes when I apply it. I was going to wait but every time I use it for the past week it stings my eyes badly, unlike what the title says "no irritation." What do I need to do if I want to return the product and get a refund?"The reply I received (not sure whether it's from the same first person who wrote such a courteous email with great concern for the customer) was this: "just contact Amazon customer service for further assistance.thank you"No caring phrases such as "I'm sorry this product didn't work for you." If the reply I received was a bit more empathetic, I would have given a higher rating for providing great customer care. But that's not the case. I've given 5 stars to products that didn't work for me but with the great customer service experience. This company could use better customer service training.

I will say that I was extremely skeptical at first for two reasons: most reviews were from people who got it for free & it arrived not looking anything like the picture (just a clear vial, no box, no instructions, no ingredients).I have used LiLash in the past with excellent results, but they changed their formula and ONE tube was over $80. So, I used this in the same manner: applied morning and night (before applying makeup and after removing it) to top and bottom lashes.I'm a few weeks in and see a tremendous difference without mascara. Add Mascara and they are crazy long (and before using this stuff, my lashes were so short and stubby, I could hardly put mascara on without smudging it all over my eyelids because the lashes were so short). I wasn't using it on my bottom lashes at first, but now my eyes look kind of weird because the top lashes are so long and the bottom lashes cannot be seen at all and, again, are so short I can't get mascara on them without a huge mess. I've added my lower lashes to the process in the past week or so with minimal, but definitely there, results. My top lashes now HAVE to be curled, otherwise they hit my sunglasses.I'm 47 and thought that I was simply not going to have eyelashes to speak of for the rest of my life.From my past experience with this type of product, the stuff keeps your lashes from falling out, in addition to stimulating growth. If you stop using it, those long lashes will eventually fall out and you'll be back to what nature gave ya.

3 stars: Ok so I've been using this product for 2wks now. From 1 star to 3 stars due to minor but noticeable results. My lashes are thicker, fuller, and stronger. No length though, which is kind of a bummer still. I guess I should've read the Q and A about the results not being permanent before buying.UPDATE: 4 Stars: So it's been a full year since I've purchased and I'd have to say that I've misjudged. This serum lasted me a whole year and lately, I've been skipping a week at a time & my results remained static. As a matter of fact, my lashes DID change in length...a LOT of length. I just had to be patient and consistent with using it. I should've known this it was working when I felt heat on my lashes after each application. They're fuller, stronger, longer(which is what I was really aiming for) and downright glorious whenever I put on mascara. Plus, I didn't put too much focus on it mentally so that's another reason why I saw so much change.

I bought this after my usual product (lash xl) was unavailable for some reason. I've had good results with my last product, and was just hoping this would help me at least maintain what I had grown from the last product. I've been using this for about 2 months now and I'd say I've maintained my results, but I don't notice any extra improvement. I am happy I have not lost any progress I've made, but I don't think I'd buy this again if my regular product becomes available again. and if it's not I'd probably try something new again once this runs out. I do plan on finishing the bottle though, and at this rate it'll probably last me months and months. This one does burn my eyes which the last one did not, but I find if I wipe half the brush off back into the bottle as I'm taking it out, it provides the right amount for one top lid without having any excess that causes the burning sensation.
