I decided to try this product when chronic knee pain (osteoarthritis) was forcing me to NSAIDs which are not good for me. Within a day or two, I couldn't believe how much better and mostly pain free my knees felt, except after walking some distance. My worse knee is without cartilage, but its pain also has been relieved. to a welcome degree. I have been taking these capsules or drinking tart cherry juice for a couple months now, and still the same result. I was skeptical when I started, wondering if this was a placebo effect, but I don't think it is!
