I purchased the Defender Security 10308 Hinged Swing Bar Lock a while ago for added security on my home's front door, and I must say that I'm very satisfied with the product. My maintenance man kept knocking on my door and not giving me enough time to answer the door before barging in on me so this was a impulse purchase based on circumstances.The lock is made of heavy-duty steel and has a solid construction, making it very durable and reliable. The installation process was straightforward and easy, and the included screws and hardware made the job simple.What I really like about this lock is its hinged swing bar design, which allows me to easily swing the bar into place and secure the door from the inside. The media could not be loaded. Bought this for added security especially we have kids at home. Husband bolted it on our door. Material is awesome quality, it’s easy to use, performance is great, it’s easy to maneuver. Overall great quality for money!

Great product for the price. Look no other place for exactly what you are looking for which is a way to see on the other side of the door. Great viewing angles. Be careful when drilling your holes.. I used my Milwaukee hole dozer kit at 7/8 but 5/8 would have been a better size. Be careful also with the blow-out. You can see on all the pictures that almost all the holes made blow out on the exterior side and unless you have spare paint it you might make chips on the other end that is hard to repair. All user-error. I did it, too, but I'm still happy with the the product.

Weird neighbors. Just a little extra security. Looks nice and was easy to install (Need a power drill). Color matches the door and feels pretty sturdy.

Comprei para ter mais segurança em casa ainda mais agora que tudo vai ser mais inseguro e perigoso. O produto é excelente e forte, fácil de instalar, mas antes leia o manual com clareza. Veja que tem 2 fundos plasticos na cor cinza utilizei eles para ter mais altura na porta, para a chave fechar com folga, deixei o batente sem. Assim ficou perfeito pois a distância da porta para o batente é grande no meu caso. Ficou ótimo e seguro com imaginei.
