Hanayama Cast Donuts Puzzle - Level 4 of 6 - Fairly Hard - Includes Crux Sticker

Aesthetically pleasing and beautifully made, slightly on the smaller side (which suits me tiny fingers a lot). Love to fiddle with it from time to time. Now I don't know how the level 1-6 is rated but I bought this level 4 one expecting a bit of challenge. And it took me like 5 mins to solve it? Slightly more challenging to put it back together, and even when you understood the shapes and movements it still takes some time to solve. I enjoyed it, just not sure if it is a level 4.

I enjoyed this. It did not take too many minutes to solve, but it is satisfying and clever, and once you have solved it you can try to open it as quickly/smoothly as possible / without looking / one handed. The feel of the metal is good, too - smooth chrome, precisely made. And it is nice to fidget with - I have it on my desk and find that I keep picking it up. This is the right kind of difficulty puzzle to hand to visitors to have a go.

Much easier than I had hoped. I had undone it within minutes, it took me a little longer to get it back together again which I enjoyed more to be honest.It is well made and I would imagine will be fiddled with whenever folk visit. A lot smaller than expected too though that is not a criticism.
