The 50g of senna tea came in 25 tea bags individually sealed, not sure why..we already have issue with overload of the plastic in the landfills. Any way, the tea bags are filled with the herbs and they just require a cup, a boiling water and 5 minutes for brewing. The colour turns yellowish. The tea tastes similar to the milk thistle. It's a mild, light flavour which I can consume without any additives such honey or sugar. It's okay on its own, and healthier without sugars. I drank it on the evening g time, as advised but I didn't visited the toilet in the morning but around 4pm so it wasn't as quick, as I expected it in the morning. Maybe my organism needs to get used to it, but Senna is only a temporary solution, not for long period of time and everyday use.The online description should be more accurate. Instead of 50g there should be written 25 tea bags. And 'number of items, 3" but we get only one box so this needs an update.I'm not 100% sure if this tea actually works for me as I would go to toilet afternoon any way. Just tested it to find out will this help me to visit toilet in the morning instead.

A good natural alternative to tablets, I found this tea both gentle and effective, and it does not taste as unpleasant as some other natural remedies I have tried. However, I do tend to dislike the taste of most herbal teas, so the fact I can drink it is a bonus! A good option to have in the cupboard to use when needed.
