I was trained in 1993 by Dr Anderson himself to become a deliverance minister. When I got home a person needing freedom from torment came to my door. After an hr she was set free from an attack by Satan n was never tormented again. 32 years later I have used this n an older book he first started with to set thousands free through Jesus Christ. It is a must have for anyone called into deliverance. You must be called to this and have a deep relationship with Jesus, be in the Word and live a righteous life. If not you will be destroyed and destroy others. Jesus must be your everything. Now go set the captives free like Jesus did! Luke 4:19✝️🙏🔥

My wife had an incident that began a 18 month bout with physical ailments of all sorts, symptoms of odd diseases without any medical reason for them. Basically they had no medical reasons why she was virtually disabled. The symptoms came on in about 3 hours (she walked. Into a movie an was basically carried out and to the hospital).After i worked through the steps and saw progress she finally set aside a weekend while i was away and went through this. Well, I left on Friday to her hobbling and using a cane for support to Sunday night returning home to her walking as close to normal as i had seen in almost 2 years.She dealt with a lot of things spiritually, and this has opened the opportunity to share her story of spiritual and physical healing. God wants to free us from all sorts of emotional and generational bondage, and this is a great tool to help.

This book can and will help you build a strong spiritual foundation if you follow it word for word!! Good book.

This book is really good and breaks down ways to be free in Christ, the steps and prayers are really powerful.

Twenty five years ago I went through the Steps to Freedom in Christ and I was set free from suicidal thoughts and attempts:) and other things that had me bound. My life was in chains and I couldn’t break free on my own. I was in a desperate situation and a lady from church introduced me to the steps and prayed with me as I went through these prayers and I can honestly say I have never been the same since. I’m excited because I have a friend who is struggling and I know as I pray with her she too will be set free. I actually bought 8 books in case I come across others who are bound. I highly recommend this book and it’s not in the steps alone but it’s in Christ for it is He that set has me free!!

I have read and used the UK version of this book many times myself and to help othersI have now purchased this kindle edition so that it is "on demand"I recommend this book for christians at all stages in their walk with God

There are not a whole lot of resources I would recommend in the spiritual warfare category. Of the many many books I have read on the subject, this is the one that everyone should have in their collection. Many pentecostal/charismatic and popular guides on this subject are a bit too risky, stir up and play games, go into battle with the spirits, choose this book for the safe and effective, peaceful approach to spiritual warfare. I am interested in the subject because of personal sensitivity to demonic spirits. There are two reactions in Pentecostals. Either discount the presence of these spirits or to become a little bit too preoccupied with them and start a battle. I recently became involved with a group that were too preoccupied with it, and therefore actually my home space which had previously been clean became disturbed, and I was being harassed. Neil T Anderson provides the best pragmatic advice and the tools for prayer in this book are incredible. Within minutes of using prayer in this book, a chronic migraine disappeared, and within days everything was back to normal again. I also recommend "The Essential Guide to Spiritual Warfare" by Anderson & Warner as another short simple guide.

As a Deliverance Ministry minister in my local church, this book is just awesome to give out to people who come for deliverance from bondage. It is a must have book and is so nicely laid out, easy to read and right on what we need about deliverance and free from bondage, into God's kingdom. The book includes a few prayers to better equip people in being delivered from specific issues, and it is just a great book. I am pleased and I will order more copies for the Deliverance Ministry. It is a great book to use for bible study in your home too.
