Moshi SnapTo Magnetic Wall Mount Wireless Charging Qi-Certified [Only Compatible with Moshi SnapTo Series Cases], Fast Charge Up to 10W, Supports Portrait Mode & Landscape Mode

This is the only "ready to use" wall mounted wireless charger that i were able to find. It works really well with wall mounted fire HD 8 plus and google nexus 7 that i can take off the wall and carry around as home automation remote where necessary. The only question that i have is where to get more snapTo metal pieces. One potential issue that i see with it is a pulling force, it can be too much for glue strips that are used to mount this thing to a wallbut it quite easy to reinforce it with a screw.

Really disappointed. I absolutely love my Moshi Overture case and have been looking for wireless charger options that allow for mounting (essentially an alternative to MagSafe since the case is not MagSafe compatible). I avoided Moshi’s option for awhile simply due to the price, but when I couldn’t find an alternative I decided to take the plunge. While I did get the charging feature to connect with my phone (briefly) twice, I could not repeat the connection with any semblance of consistency. I suspect that the phone, the case, and the charger all have to align perfectly for it to work and the trio just doesn’t seem designed properly to make that consistently attainable. Ultimately, a charger that finicky is pretty useless in my opinion, as I don’t want to spend 15+ minutes every time trying to get the phone to connect/charge.I want to note my phone is a iPhone 13 pro, and I mention this because I do wonder if the fault actually lies primarily within the Overture case. The location of the Snap To magnet crevices (where you would put the magnetic inserts) is a bit suspect so I’m not sure if they are supposed to be used or not since the top one would block the camera (see picture). I did try both with out them as well as with (the bottom one) and only managed to get it to connect without the insert.Now, the one pro I can acknowledge is that the mounting aspect and magnetic connection between the case and charger is very strong and I would not be concerned with the phone falling off if mounted to a wall. However, I can not recommend this as a charger when used with an iPhone 13 Pro/Overture case. Despite being specifically part of the SnapTo family, the combination just doesn’t seem compatible.

The media could not be loaded. It is interesting that the charger designed to charge the phone covered by Moshi Altra, does not do the same. Very disappointed !
