Solid Construction
Ok, don't laugh, but for the longest I used 2 toilet paper rolls stacked on my bedside table to watch TV at night on my cellphone while in bed, lol. It was the perfect height, and with a folded washcloth proped under the kickstand, life was pretty perfect. One day I was carelessly shopping on Amazon and came upon this handy dany item and thought to myself what the heck was I thinking all these years. I mean how much of a dork am I?! I really like this phone holder. I have a bigger phone, a Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5g and the clamp grips and holds it nice and tight. The stand also holds the phones weight except if you try to extend it all the way out and down to far. But that's not really a problem because you can bend the neck to compensate. So it's very well made, the clamp is really nice and tight gripping, and like others have said the neck is very stiff. I've had it for a little while and have bent this thing into probably 10 shapes a day and it's just as sturdy as the day it was delivered. There is one thing I don't like about the construction, and thats a piece that goes between the clamp and the "nut". I added a picture of the piece, and it's that little short curved piece. They really should have made it longer and straight because it gets in the way of the clamp and the way you can move the clamp around. If that piece was longer and straight, it would be SO much more functional. Another thing that would bring this product up to 100% is if you could raise and lower the neck. As is, they have you raise the neck by bending the whole neck upwards then angle the clip part to the degree you want. It would be nice to be able to keep the neck bent at a 45 degree angle and lift the whole neck higher for certain Apps that I use, namely the Da Vinci Eye. Anyway, it's a good sturdy phone holder, and I like it a lot. For the price, heck yeah, buy it.

Adjustable - fits any phone at any angle
It is sturdy, adjustable, and works with all phones. Avoid the โtext neckโ and maintain good posture! I liked it so much i bought several for my family! Use it to mount your phone while you work on your laptop! Itโs like an additional screen.

Loved this but it snapped
I used this often for FaceTiming and filming business videos for social media. I loved that my phone clipped in, but it isnโt easy to bend as you want. The stand eventually snapped in half, which was a bummer. I had to purchase a new phone holder. I like the idea of this, but it could use a few tweaks to be perfect.

GOOD FOR SELF-RECORDING
VERY sturdy, the design looks good. The phone clip is quite rough and very hard. twisting the one of the parts hurt my hands pretty much. very poor packaging, i was very confused when receiving it.

Good Balance
Better balance than I thought it would have. Works well for what I need it for.

Be careful what review you are looking at
Normally I don't take the time to review items, but this is a very good product. Seems though that the company has a different product that has a longer gooseneck and clamps to the desk, and when scrolling through the reviews, that product had a number of complaints. If you for some reason need a phone holder to that has a long neck, this isn't it....and in fact, I can't see any product with a long gooseneck having a long life clamped to a desk, given the weight of a phone and the torque the weight would exert. This product has a nice heavy base, a very firm (almost too firm) neck that can be adjusted, and a connector that allows you to do manual adjustments fairly easily. Yep, doesn't come with instructions....if you need them, you probably also need instructions on how to batteries in your remote control. Overall a very good holder, excellent for what we bought it for (Emed proctored home COVID tests in order go cruise), and certainly a quality product....just ignore alot of reviews on the other product.
