I bought this for school and definitely worth the money. No issues, fast and reliable.

This item was a total waste of my money and time. It was totally defective. The screen would just go blank. It appears to have some kind of software issue. You claimed that these items are inspected for proper functionality, yet 3 days after I got it, it bagan to malfunction. Is this a scam? What makes it worse is that I ordered another one before I realized that these things are no good, and its too late to cancel this second order. This is the worst experience I've ever had on Amazon. Amazon you need to take more care in who you allow to sell on your platform. Totally disappointed. I only rated it one star because this review cannot be submitted without a rating, which in itself is ridiculous.

Had illegal copy of windows that would not activate had to buy a license

I bought this laptop so when it was time I could upgrade to windows 11. BUT you can't upgrade it because it is running TMP LESS THAN 2.0. It is a very cheap laptop and not worth the money. I own a computer repair shop and I do know it's not compatible. Not even able to upgrade by buying windows 11 VERY DISAPOINTED IN HP SELLING A COMPUTER NOT ABLE TO DO AN UPGRADE!!

I cannot complain about anything. Just as advertised a great little full featured laptop!

Damage product and the other one is not working is really bad and it’s look old too

A mí me llegó un equipo en muy buenas condiciones, pantalla táctil (no se si todas la traen, lo mismo que el lector de huella), si trae los 16 GB de ram y 1 tb de estado sólido, el cargador es el original, es rápido el equipo.Queda ver si funcionamiento a través del uso diario.Mientras muy conforme con la compra, por el precio está demasiado bien

Bought in July 2023 with a three month warranty. Right at the three month warranty expiry I turned on the laptop and it said No Hard Drive, I opened the bottom and made sure the motherboard wasn’t loose and that seemed to do the trick. Unfortunately at the start of December (just over 4 months) I turned on the laptop and got the Automatic Repair screen and no matter what I’ve tried to do in the advanced options it has never worked since. $350 for four months use and no warranty. It has been awful and the product quality is beyond poor. I’ll buy new in future. Very disappointed in Amazon and the third party seller.

Tenía mis sospechas por ser de segunda mano pero vale totalmente la pena hasta el momento, llevo dos semanas y todo super bien, funciona todo el teclado, los puertos USB funcionan, va rápido, sí tiene la ram y espacio que se menciona.

Al tercer día ya no prendió. Se intentó usar el soporte que promete pero piden el número de licencia y a pesar de prometer que es original no tiene información. La solución del vendedor fue abrirla y presionar los componentes o devolver.Tenía buenas referencias de comprar productos renovados, pero fue una decepción. Se devolvió el producto.
