Makes excellent boiled eggs and it's fast. This is a set it forget product until the alarm goes off to let you know it's done.
Awesome product. Works great and makes perfect hard boiled eggs. Easy to use and even warns you when the eggs are ready. No more boiling eggs on the stove top for me. Seems to be a good quality product and I hope we have many years of use. I would highly recommend.

The egg cooker works fine. The "finished" alarm is somewhat annoying. I bought an egg cooker at seone's recommendation. Their instructions told them to make a pin hole in the egg's top before cooking to allow for expansion inside the cooking egg. Not in this cooker's instructions. I do appreciate the advice to peel the egg stsrting at the wide bottom end. It seems to peel easier.

I recommend spending more and getting one with a metal lid
I previously posted a review for this item. This is an update. After using it many times it is not working as well as when it was new. The eggs are a bit under cooked and the plastic lid is warping. I recommend spending more and getting one with a metal lid. I thought that the auto shutoff was a plus but since it beeps when it is finished and the instructions say to put the eggs in cold water immediately, what's the point.

Works as it should.
Wasn't too impressed with it after my first use. Sure it made the eggs hard boiled but one of them cracked afterwards and pretty much cooked itself at the bottome on the stainless steel bottom where the water is placed and it was hard to scrub off. Should have stuck with non-stick.

Eggcellent Product
Makes perfect hard boiled eggs.... And somehow they peel perfectly every time which is not something I can say when I boil eggs traditionally. There are other options for soft or medium boiled eggs, but I have not tried that yet. I could see this making Easter and covered dish parties sooooo much easier, but for now I have only been using it for everyday egg cravings.

Great little gadget!
My daughter got one of these for Christmas. When I saw how great the eggs came out, I purchased one for myself when I got home from my visit. Eggs came out perfect for me too, plus they were st easy to shell.
