Men's Asics, Gel Venture 7 Trail Sneaker - Wide Width

I hike a lot in southern Arizona. I have had Merrells and found them disappointing -not a good fit,uncomfortable and the last pair failed after about 6 hikes. I always liked Aciscs and decided to do my hiking with the Ventures. I'll never hike with Merrells again, these Asics are just as good if not better on the trail and much more comfortable. For those who do not know Arizona's hiking conditions,very rocky, gravelly and can be very steep. These shoes performed wonderfully. Thanks Asics

I got these for my husband. He has very wide feet and the wide sizing worked great for him. He loves these for running and walking. We ordered a half size up to accommodate swelling during running and they are great.

The shoe laces are thin and do not stay tied
